Sehr schöne Villa , man hat alles was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut geklappt, meistens über Email oder WhatsApp. Auf eine Antwort musste man nicht lange warten! Zum Strand sind wir meistens zu Fuß gelaufen, beim Einkaufen war der Leihwagen schon vorteilhaft. Im ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und nur zu empfehlen!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Protaras Beach Villa.The location is perfect, on a lovely quiet complex but within easy walking distance to both Protaras Strip and Pernera, where there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, tavernas etc.The villa is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. Although we didn’t cook and chose to eat out at the many restaurants but if self-catering, everything required was available.The outside area has a larger than expected pool (which was great fun, although chilly but this was expected due to the time of year) and 3 seating areas, one of which was upstairs, providing the late afternoon sun.Kimberley has been so helpful throughout the whole booking process, provides a very informative folder within the villa, sent recommendations for restaurants/bars/acts to watch and also provided a lovely welcome pack due to a late arrival, which I found to be a really thoughtful touch.We will definitely be returning next year and would highly recommend to others too.Thank you, Kimberley, for everything.

Villa was lovely. Well equipped. Quite central but being of a certain age we hired a car and went visiting lots of different places. Loved Trinity Beach. Not commercialised and had a lovely taverna for lunch. Even went for a trip to Northern Cyprus which has a different feel but also lovely. Kimberley was very helpful and responds very quickly to any requests.

Lovely villa inside and pool was v nice. Walking distance to beach, Protaras and Pernera. Complex still under development therefore building site noise from 7-4 Monday-Friday was a bit unfortunate. No fault of owner.

5 * luxury stay - affordable for families

Incredibly beautiful time in Protaras. The villa is spaciously furnished and has everything your heart could desire. The private pool saved us during the hot days, and our children played in it for hours.The villa is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Those looking for nightlife can reach it within minutes. Those wanting to explore the various beaches and bays can easily do so from the villa (having your own car is an advantage). However, there are also public buses within walking distance.Kimberley really went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly and generous. We can wholeheartedly recommend her as a host and her accommodation without any reservations.

We had such a lovely holiday , the villa & pool were excellent, the adjacent properties were very quiet and welcoming people too. We got into a routine of walking to the beach via Blue Spice for a lovely breakfast and then to Polyxenia beach just another 100yards. The local bus service is excellent 2euros a trip , when into Aya Napa a couple of times , so easy. Kimberly was very informative and although we never met her she comes across as a lovely person ,easy to deal with, good a her job . Many thanks for an excellent stay.

Seamless process, great value for money!

This was our first time in Cyprus and our host Kimberley made everything so straightforward and we felt relaxed before we even got there. Her attention to detail in directions, instructions and getting around was second to none. She communicated regularly via WhatsApp and even gave recommendations of things to do. The villa is in a quiet development but around 15 minutes walk to the start of bars and resturants and we did pitstops on the way to the strip. The terraine is mostly flat and I managed to walk to and through the strip despite some knee trouble. We had a hire car that helped us see the island but bus routes appeared simple and frequent.The villa was comfortable with everything required for a relaxing stay. There was plenty of outside space with different areas with sun and shade through the day but the sun hits hard and is present all day which was great but shady areas and the pool were my saviour. The pool is large and not overly deep. The deepest end allowed my 5 foot 8 frame still touch the bottom.We got a late checkout for a small charge and it was a saviour. The beds were comfortable, the shower grand and there was plenty of towels etc. There is air con in living area and bedrooms which was very much required. I give this host, property and location 5 * and cannot wait yo return.

Fantastic Villa Holiday

We had a totally relaxing holiday, just what we needed. Kimberley was so helpful throughout our enquiries, booking process, pre-arrival, and also during our stay. With extra thoughtful touches, such as the provision of pool / beach towels and a food pack with some staples upon arrival, including a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary! The many outside areas to choose from around the villa ensured we could seek sun or shade at any time of the day. We found the location excellent - on the outskirts of Penera, we had the choice of bars and restaurants in Penera, or we could head towards Protaras and the numerous venues around and along the strip. Whilst not everything was open, as we went at the very beginning of the season, there was more than enough to choose from, even during the first two weeks in April. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa.

Fabulous communication from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, really appreciated the option to do a small shop for us as we arrived very late at night. Amazing!!!!

Our stay at the villa was superb, we were so sad to leave. The villa is equipped with everything you need, extremely spacious, decorated beautifully and of course our own pool, heaven!!! Kimberley was fantastic - she was so attentive, gave us loads of information about the area and if we had any questions we could always contact her directly and she answered immediately, always with a smile in her voice!!! The location of the villa was great, walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants - if we wanted to travel further the buses were extremely reliable and cheap. We would definitely recommend this fabulous villa and would love to return next year!!! Thank you Kimberley so much for our stay at your villa and a brilliant holiday in beautiful Cyprus 😊😊

The directions to the villa were easy to follow and the accommodations was good. Unfortunately Cyprus was in the nMidst of a heatwave, and one of the air conditioning units wasn’t working, however Kimberley was great at getting this sorted. The pool was lovely and the covered area a god send. The area was nice and near a main road which was great for getting around. The information left by the owner as informative and useful. Nice touches like pool floats and cool bag and ice packs were also good.

Nice villa, great location

Stayed in July 2023, 4 adults. The size of the villa was adequate and the pool was good. Kitchen is relatively small on space which could be a challenge if you're planning on cooking a lot but the appliances were all up to date and a really good sized fridge for drinks and food. The barbecue was good and well used during our stay. There are things in the villa that could do with modernising but overall it was a good base. The location is great with Pernera a walk away and Protoras a short and cheap bus ride. Bus fare is 2.50 euros per person and coming home from Protoras the taxi was only 10 Euros so we would get a bus in and a taxi home. Kimberley was really helpful with information beforehand and very responsive to messages when we were there. I would stay again if looking for a two bed villa as it was everything we needed for our party for the two weeks.

Lovely villa in a fantastic location

The booking process was flawless and Kimberley was exceptionally helpful and replied promtly to all my questions. The handdrawn map of the surrounding area she provides is amazing and really helpful to get your bearings. The villa itself is lovely. On a small, quiet complex with similar villas. It's very clean and spacious. It's beautifully furnished and the beds are unbelievably comfy! Great nights sleep each night. Lots of nice little decorative touches throughout. The master bedroom has a useful ensuite and a little balcony at the front and the second bedroom has a fabulous extended corner balcony with contemporary furniture to catch the late sun and has little twinkling solar lights at night. The pool is really big and there are lots of inflatables . The pool area has the sun all day and theres a nice shaded area round the side and a lovely dining set on the patio off the dining/living area. This is the second time we have visited Pernera and we preferred being in this part as it was so close to the many restaurants, bars, shops and beach. A ten minute walk takes you down to Mojito which is a fabulous restaurant/bar serving the most amazing food and the service is excellent. A little further down nearer the beach is Blue Spice which we also loved. Lovely seaside setting, tremendous food, excellent service, wonderful live music at night and a lovely pool. Lots of little shops around selling the usual tourist novelties and groceries but also a big Lidl along in Protaras. There are lots of lovely beaches in this area that you can walk to. We enjoyed walking along the walkway between Pernera and Protaras discovering all the different little beaches. Zafeiros is a lovely water front restaurant serving great cocktails and food that we stopped off at most days.Highly recommended. Fig Tree Bay is beautiful but very busy. We preferred the little beach next to Green Bay beach a little drive along next to Cavo Maris Hotel on the way out of Protaras. Only 50 sunbeds. So scenic and peaceful. Konnos Bay also beautiful. We took a boat trip to see Famagusta and swim in the Blue Lagoon. We went on the Aphrodite but next time we are going to try the little authentic Shirley Valentine Boat which leaves from the Boardwalk. Hired quad bikes from Georges - highly recommend! Overall a truly wonderful holiday in a fabulous place!!!

Villa exactly as described, pool great location excellent had a wonderful time, Kimberley extremely helpful as were the couple who looked after property. Gave us lots of useful information and were really friendly . Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you .

Wow definitely best villa we have stopped in Cyprus .

All previous reviews spot on. Excellent location best of both worlds in between Pernera & Protaras both easy enough walking distance. Villa was spotless & had everything we needed. Thankyou Kim & Dina & Roger.

Lovely villa in an excellent location

The villa was very well equipped, nice and clean, in an excellent location. The owners have thought of everything you’d need for a holiday with a few extras as well. Kimberley was so helpful throughout the whole booking process and the folder at the villa was extremely useful. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Perfect villa and location

The villa was so clean and pool so clear and inviting. Perfect location for beaches, entertainment and just chilling!! Exactly as advertised. Will be booking again !
