    A nice spacious place on a quiet side street just a very short walk to downtown. A great location if you want to get out and explore. The host was quick to respond with any questions. I will definitely look for this location if I plan another trip. Thanks - Bill

    These did not factor into my rating since host cannot control: The walls are paper thin. My visit was Thurs-Sun. and there were people outside at night talking loudly every night, garbage trucks banging for 2 hours starting at 5am, can constantly hear cars speeding by on the main road.What did factor in: The amenities are scarce and bare minimum. Empty soap dispenser on arrival, barely any cookies supplies/dishes/utensils - if you're going to cook just bring your own things. Towels are small, sheets are thin - no extra blankets in sight. Water dispenser in fridge doesn't work. Otherwise it's a great location and within walkable distance to whatever you want.

    great location, but otherwise just okay. For the cost, we should have gone for a hotel. One of the bedrooms clearly wasn’t insulated, and all of them still had AC units duct taped in the windows (for new years weekend.) The lockbox was difficult to use every time we went in and out, and when we moved one of the sofas so all of us could watch a movie, there was old food underneath.

    This property is in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The accommodations were serviceable and clean enough but several windows would not close and lock, the shower door was falling off (hinges broken), some pillow cases were too small for the pillows, security lighting outside door did not work. We had 6 people in our group and there were only 3 coffee mugs and a 4 cup coffee pot. Other kitchen amenities were lacking but we did not cook there so that did not impact us. Parking was tight but is available so that's a plus.

    We stayed here because we had a convention at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Location was great and I loved having a parking spot although it was a tight squeeze. Clean, comfortable apartment- wish it had a little bit more in the way of kitchen supplies. Overall a great stay!

    Perfect location

    We had a great visit in Providence for my daughter’s graduation. The location was perfect and were able to just walk to restaurants. The apartment was well appointed had everything we needed. Spacious and clean. We will definitely consider staying there again.

    Excellent location

    We were there for JWU Graduation and it was a great location. Walking distance to Amica Pavilion and so many great restaurants right around the corner. Spacious for the family and included a parking spot. Could use a few new mattresses and bed frame upgrades. A working light on the steps to entrance would have been helpful. Blackout curtains would be great for room#1 that has a street lamp in front of it. A bit more kitchen amenities (enough plate settings for 8, more cups and silverware along with some basic spices) would have been helpful as well. We would have liked to use the patio but it wasn't cleaned up and the door wouldn't open, it would be nice out there on summer nights. The owner did mention they are working on renovations, the place has a lot of great potential and worked for what we needed.

    Property was dirty. The place could use some maintenance. Bed frames weren’t fully put together. I screwed them together the best I could with the tools that were there. Glad we only had to stay one night.

    College move in weekend

    Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and it’s like a festival feeling without all the vendors. Columbus weekend is really fun there Definitely eat at Opa restaurant you will be very pleased. I will absolutely be rebooking this place

    Great place to stay for a gathering of friends.

    My groomsmen and l stayed here the weekend of my wedding and everything was great! solid location if you like getting up to midnight shenanigans. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Also the host was very responsive. Kevin replied to every question or concern I had within minutes of me contacting him. He allowed us to have an early check in time as well as helping me coordinate a way to retrieve a lost item even though I was several states away. Highly recommend!
