Well that was the most fun we have had in years The bikes and kayaks on water was so amazing Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect just right combination for family of 14 the family room was a fantastic they had a game going on every chance they had Joel and his wife were amazing to work with. Hot tub was perfect temperature we love hot tubs and we really enjoyed it. The view day and night was amazing the work out room was used every day and night it’s set up so perfectly and professional pink flamingos fly over every morning between 6:30/ 7:30 am you can see the pink very clearly espresso machine wonderful used every day the kitchen is so stocked up and so big we made breakfast every morning I’m blessed to have had this time with my family Christmas and new years. Blown away

Loved our stay at Alta Bella!

We had three families - plenty of space for everyone to be together, and also spread out when they wanted to. Verona and Joel were super responsive, both leading up to our stay and during. Loved having the fitness area/nordic spa right on property. Views are amazing as well! House was well stocked and really had everything we needed!

Such a wonderful vacation here!

Our family of 13 vacationed here in March of '25, and it was a wonderful time! It was our 9th time visiting Providenciales, we've rented Villas each time & the view from this Villa was by far our favorite! The islands in Chalk sound are such a unique juxtaposition to the turquoise waters, we also loved getting into the water about waist deep via the small dock/ladder. The hosts are very quick with communication and quick to fix our small issue we had upon arrival, they are very good hosts! The house itself is very beautiful, much larger than the photos appear, plenty of room for our family to dine together & hangout in the kitchen while we prepared meals - the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need as well, which isn't always a given, they even have reverse osmosis water! The views from the house are so serene, the pool was a very comfortable temperature, the hot tub was nice in the cooler evenings & the shaded benches were so comfortable to hang out in when we needed a break from the sun! This villa is very tech-centered, but not overcomplicated for the renter which was really a nice bonus. The Sonos system for music anywhere in the villa was a really nice touch! I reached out prior to our trip to inquire about youth lifejackets as we were traveling with 4 children under 7, and they offered to order youth life jackets for the Villa since they didn't have many & they worked perfectly for us! We hope to visit Alta Bella Villa again!

Christmas in the Turks

The house accommodated all of our family well (13). The views are magical. Easy to find, not far from other things on the Island. Well stocked for cooking and dinning. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We would totally rent this home again. Mary

Resort style with all the comfort of home

Beautifully furnished yet comfortable, amazing view of chalk sound, away from the town hustle but close enough so you can enjoy it if you want. Great beaches within a short drive. And with the onsite spa I'm sure I've arrived home looking younger. Owners and Dax were welcoming and helpful with my dozens of questions. Highly recommend.

Great property, great property management!

Twelve adults spent a week getting away from winter. This property was fantastic! Right on the water. Great pool and spa. The bedrooms were comfortable, great beds, TV’s and music speakers everywhere. We cooked every day - great kitchen. Huge refrigerator. The water level casita was very private and had it’s own kitchen.

Exceeded our expectations

Our stay at Alta Bella was incredible! You cannot beat the views and the location. The description of the property is on point. Chalk sound is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. We snorkeled right off the steps of the property and the little coral reef right there made it that much better. Everything was clean and fully stocked. We had a private chef come to the house on 3 different occasions and the kitchen had everything they needed. The house is huge with a ton of outdoor space as well. The only thing that we didn’t love was that the two lower level bedrooms were only accessible through the outside stairs. Not a huge deal though. Las brisas is right down the street and the food there was delicious and the atmosphere was exciting with a live band. Taylor bay is about 5 min down the street and has the most incredible beach. The house is about 20 min from all the resorts and large grocery stores. It’s about at 10-15 min drive to several popular, highly recommended restaurants like da conch shack and boogaloos. You’ll love this house!

GIRLS GETAWAY

I recently stayed at Alta bella villa in Providencecialis for one week in February 2023. The house, and the location are absolutely beautiful, it truly is paradise. I did not want to leave. The house was very clean, the property well-maintained and the views are spectacular. We also were blessed with lovely weather every day. The pool was very clean and they have plenty of pool floats as well as some snorkel gear on site. The beautiful kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and have their privacy when they wanted it.I do have a couple of comments however: for safety reasons I really think they should have handrails by the stairs between levels of the Villa especially the stairs going down to the ocean. The taxi drivers were all very pleasant and professional however we found the taxi fees to be quite expensive. We were also disappointed that we did not get to meet Claudius, the host, who was the go-between before our arrival. Other than that it was a spectacular experience.

Beautiful house and views are breathtaking.

The house is spacious, the views are exactly what the pictures depict. The pool deck and upper deck are perfect places to relax and get sun or shade. The house has everything you need, beach towels, pool toys, kitchen is well stocked to cook. Plenty of bath towels etc. You will definitely need a car to visit other beaches, restaurant’s and grocery shop. The water is wonderful to swim in, kayak, and paddle board. I think it would be helpful for owners to have a manual of popular places to eat, shop etc. who to get in touch with in case of an emergency I.e hospital, police, fire (none of this was necessary). I just think it would be good for renters because Chaulk Sound is a little off the beaten path, but worth the privacy, views and beautiful home. Cleanliness was a 10, and house managers were very helpful.

Gorgeous stay at Turks and Caicos

We spent 6 nights at this beautiful home with gorgeous views of The Chalk Sound. Terrific location if you want a good place that is pretty private and very quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. One of the highlights is the ability to walk right into the Sound from the house. It was spectacular.. You definitely need a car to get to Grace Bay or some of the other excursions. The house is a very large and spacious, there were 12 adults at the house. It was so well appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly want. One of the bedrooms did not have a bathroom door which is on order and delayed because of a supply issue. We would have liked to have known a head of time but appreciated their responsiveness with a temporary fix. Also, none of the room safes worked, they will be getting new ones. Overall, I would give them a five star because it’s a fantastic place to stay on vacation.

Great Home for friends to hang out.

Our stay at Alta Bella was amazing. It was more than enough room for our party of 9 adults. Also the pool lounging area was everyone’s favorite spot, second only to the kitchen of course! Just a short drive from Sapodilla Beach. That beach felt like a private beach, not too crowded, with GREAT food and drinks!

Paradise

Fantastic property on Providenciales. Unbeatable view, so hard to get out and leave the pool every evening. Beautiful interior, great snorkeling right off the deck, and friendly neighborhood cat. Best vacation we've ever had.

FREAKING AWESOME VACATION

This house was a hidden gem in the CHALK SOUND AREA. The other homes on the same street are either run down or under construction. From the moment you step into the house the VIEWS OMGEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! Are breath taking and are unobstructed. The kitchen was perfect for our group of 14 to enjoy our meals or just meet for games. We enjoyed the pool area and the sound was beautiful. The only thing that I would leave feedback on is the hot tub was NEVER HOT OR WARM even after adjusting the temperature. There were a lot of loose tiles inside the hot tub that cut my bottom and foot. The 6th bedroom had a leak and no shower for 3 days while there. There is a serious ant problem, but you’re on an island so that’s to be expected. I had to dislocate a few of my guest for 3 days due to the leak and not having a shower. That was horrible for us and I felt horrible about them not having a bed to sleep in or a bathroom that was private for them. I ended up inconveniencing half my party due to limited shower access. Ugh!!!!!!! The upper level kitchen deck lighting didn’t work and made it hard to have a beautiful sunset dinner with the cool breeze. The house is very hard to cool down so be careful because you only get a 500 kWh weekly allowance for electric. The home is equipped with essentials you will need for the week. And food is stupid expensive on the island. We had a private chef from CRAVE TCI “CHEF BENJAMIN “ this is a 25 year old chef who is very talented and the food was amazing!!!! He was very prompt and courteous. The water was perfect for kayaking and the infamous Sapodilla beach was a few minutes by car up the road. We reached out to Jill for Kayaks and she brought them right over. The maid service was right on time and the laundry room was fully equipped with full size front load washer/dryers. We also splurged on an ATV excursion with Froggies MOTORSPORTS I must say it was so much fun!!!! They have great lunch as well!

PHENOMENAL

What an amazing spot! Four families traveled from multiple cities in the US last March 2020 and this house was a perfect accommodation for us. comfortable furniture and beds, spacious living areas, well stocked and arranged kitchen, good linens/towels. Enough parking for all four rental cars and close to sapodilla beach with some great local restaurants, and an easy drive to anywhere else on the island. The check in process was easy and we had constant access to the property managers for questions (like, best restaurants to go to!). We've rented before in TCI and this has been the best.

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful time this week, and it fit our large family perfectly. The house itself was spotless and we were extremely happy with all of the appliances available. The power went out on our street one night, and the property manager was quick to assist and kept us updated as we got power back throughout the day. One small thing - the dishwasher began to leak and the fire alarm went off one evening for no apparent reason, both items fixed quickly. While not in the Grace Bay area, our family actually preferred the privacy of the Chalk Sound area. We went to Sapodilla Beach most days, and preferred it over the more touristy Grace Bay beach. I can't say enough great things about our stay!

Outstanding Privacy beautiful views...excellent Air Conditioning!

Alta Bella is in a great location...Chalk Sound away from the Beach resorts and on a Private reserve of endless water and no people. Literally we saw a few paddle boats, some kayak's but total privacy. The home is well appointed...kitchen is great. Infiniti Pool and Hot tub are awesome compliment one another well. Rent a Jeep...many potholes into Leaward Highway...definitelly recommend the property.

Alta Bella is a gorgeous villa with an amazing view.

Alta Bella is exactly what we were searching for. We take an every other year couples vacation and it exceeded our needs and expectations. There was no filtering of the pictures. What you see is exactly what it is. GORGEOUS! Thank you for a great time in Turks and Caicos!!!!

Alta Bella is simply Paradise...

I took my family and friends to Turks and Caicos to celebrate my birthday and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and from the time we arrived it was first class all the way. The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough room for everyone. The pool deck is full of lounge chairs in various locations and covered seating, which is perfect for an afternoon nap:) The house overlooks the Chalk Sound and is steps away from great paddle boarding, snorkeling or just floating around on the rafts provided. Plenty of snorkeling gear and rafts at the house. Beautiful sunrise from the pool deck and access to fantastic sunsets are just across the street. Claudius was always available to offer suggestions for dining, sightseeing or questions about the workings of the house. Claudius referred us to Jill to rent paddle boards, kayaks, etc. and she delivered them prior to our arrival and picked them up after we left. She was great to work with. We hired a private chef for the days we were not sightseeing...I highly recommend doing this. I cannot say enough about Chef Fritz with CraveTCI. He was a pleasure to have at the house and every meal he prepared for us was out of this world. We rented 2 cars, one from Hertz and the other from ACE...I do not recommend renting from Hertz. They are very slow and a little behind the times. ACE was located at the airport and they had our second car ready and waiting for us with no waiting. Overall, our trip was absolutely amazing and I have not complaints. We loved every minute of our time in Turks and Caicos and will definitely be back to Alta Bella.

GREAT HOUSE!

We had a great time and the house is amazing! There are so many great areas to either hang out with you friends and enough area to be away from them for some solo time! The kitchen is one of the best parts. All of us are great cooks and foodies, and the kitchen is amazing! All great pots, pans, dishes, gas stop and weber grill. A cooks dream. And the view?!! Breathtaking water and sunrises! The property manager, Claudius was responsive, helpful and great to work with! 5 stars!
