Bryan’s rental is absolutely fantastic! Super well stocked, with everything you need to dine in or head to the beach. Really appreciated all the beach equipment he has. Would definitely come stay again, and actually look forward to it.

Impromtu vacation

On a whim, I decided to take a vacation with the time I had between jobs. With a day of planning, my friend and I found this amazing fully stocked rental that is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you want to be near. The symphony of tree frogs at night while rocking on the porch was our favorite evening activity. The communication was easy and great with the owner. The house was clean and comfy. Highly recommended!

Perfect home away from home

I enjoyed every bit of my stay and highly recommend this home. Bryan was a delight to work with; he was incredibly responsive, courteous, and accommodating. Take me back!

We loved our stay at this charming two bedroom guesthouse! Reviews were on point to say how well stocked and comfortable our stay was. Beds are very comfortable and air conditioners work really, really, well. We rented a car (which we highly recommend) but be prepared if from the United States… left side…left side….. Beach is a 5 minute bike ride or 7 minute car ride( beach across street from neighborhood is a bit off path so bike is faster than car (I’m high maintenance and needed all the chairs and umbrellas that are provided). Our teen’s favorite part was the bike rides (suggest bringing a backpack to bing towels and drinks). We watched movies and had amazing quality family time before our kids were off to college! We will definitely be back! Bryan, the host, answered all questions immediately and was so responsive. Thank you Bryan for an amazing vacation! Our conch shell survived and is sitting in our study.

Beautiful house

The owner very nice , very helpful. The house was in a great location. The beautiful beach it is only 5 minutes away. We can't wait to go back next summer. We enjoyed every minutes.

The property was great. You need a car so you can explore this beautiful island. Best equip kitchen I have ever had. Nice front porch to sit out on. Great grill and back patio. Super clean and all toiletries in bathrooms provided. Everything needed for the beach is provided! Bryan is a super host and always available if needed. I will definitely return …… the property made for a great holiday.

Private getaway

The inside of the house is beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen is amazing and extremely well stocked. If you like to cook this is the place to stay! The surroundings in the front of the home is very nice with a comfortable porch to have a drink. All toiletries were available in abundance. Bryan was always available and answered any questions we had…an outstanding host. Will definitely return in the near future. Our stay here was the perfect holiday for our family….. many thanks to Bryan!

Lovely place

This home was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It had everything that was needed and more. Brian was a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions. The house was so relaxing and decorated in such an island vibe and refreshing manner. The front porch was lovely with plants everywhere and local shell decor. I would stay here again!

Leeward Palms

Started out a bit rocky because of some confusion with walking distance to beaches. (VRBO map, no fault of host) It is not. Got that smoothed out. Sunset beach is less than 3 min drive away. Beautiful and not crowded. We were there every day. Rented a car and spent time at other beaches also. The house has a great set up and we enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of towels and toiletries were available. Air condition and fans were a plus. Would have liked to be able to sit outside in the evenings but the mosquitos ate my daughter alive even with long sleeves, long pants and plenty of bug spray. Maybe some citronella candles would help. There is a lot of vegetation around the house that could probably be nicely landscaped. Host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. There were bikes to ride in the area. However, I am beyond the bike riding body age (65) This a great little place if you do not mind riding bikes or driving to the beaches. very quiet. Close to shopping and the fish fry!

Convenient, Private, Economical

A group of us stayed at this house for a week. We made great use of the kitchen and porches. Appreciated the bikes, and the beach chairs that came with the property. Since we wanted to check out different beaches each day, it was convenient for us to stay here and drive to the different locations on the island. It was a great way to save some money in this otherwise expensive location.

- Great location, close to the best beaches. (you need a rental car) - House has everything to cook your own meals. - Bryan is a great host, always available! - 4 beach chairs and 4 bikes available for use Just keep in mind that the 2 sofa beds are uncomfortable for adult/teenager, they work fine for children.

Leeward Settlement Villa

Great place to stay. Very clean, never saw one bug and we were able to leave some food packages on the counter. The amenities were spot on. Beach items are very nice and the bikes are ideal for the quite neighborhood. The washer and dryer are a plus, although it helps to know Spanish, and the bathrooms have very good water pressure with plenty of towels and toiletries. The air conditioning is top notch and they don’t need to be on all the time because the ceiling fans do a good job of circulating the cool air. When you pull into the driveway don’t be deterred by the current remolding that Brian is doing it doesn’t interfere with your stay in anyway at all. This is our 9th time staying at TCI and this place is truly a diamond in the rough, just a little pun since it’s beside the golf course. It really is a very nice place to stay. Best of all is Brian, he responds to text promptly and evened called when I asked. He is polite and cares about your stay. Last but not least is it’s a great location. Close to grocery store and the Saltmills, which is good for shopping. Overall it’s a five out of five star villa.

Great space, super clean

We had an awesome time staying at Bryan’s rental property. The house was incredibly clean and Bryan thought of everything you might need. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials, and the beach equipment was a huge plus. We really enjoyed having access to the front and back porches, and the plants around the property are all very nice. You definitely need a car for this property, but it was nice to be a little bit away from the crowded resort areas. Even still, nothing is ever too far away and getting around was easy. We would love to stay here again!

Nice restful and quiet spot... But a bit out of the way

I really enjoyed my quiet night and thought the inside of the place was fantastic... Shower was awesome as was how cool it was. Turks was in the midst of a heat wave... Only thing it was out of the way which if you have a rental is no problem but without a car it became a challenge...

Convenient and Uncomplicated Property That Met Our Basic Needs

1st the Property: Two friends traveling together who wanted separate sleeping and bathing accommodations came across this affordable property that met our basic needs. Guest house is in neighborhood less than five minutes from resort area of Provo beaches, restaurants and shops and very convenient drives to all eastern ends of the island as well as south shores attractions/beaches. The host is in the process of upgrading the property with enhancements when it is not rented out but nothing lacks in basic needs in any living essentials. Both bathrooms are very nice/well done and the kitchen has all the essentials. Bedrooms are roomy and have ample closet space. The porch is very nice and calming as you can sit surrounded by plenty of beautiful potted plants and fruit trees. Bugs/mosquitoes were not a problem during our visit even after the sun went down so we could sit outside after days beachcombing or snorkeling. 2nd the Host: We arrived a little bit prior to check-in and Bryan was actually there making final preparations for our stay in making sure the property was ready so we got to meet and chat with him for a while before heading to the grocery store. It speaks volumes when a host maintains his own property rather than delegating that to a management company or offsite entity. He is a real gentleman, quite generous and very kind. He obviously takes pride in his investment and is good at communicating with his guests.
