  • Romántico bungalow ubicado a 250 metros de la playa Pelican en el tranquilo extremo oriental de la hermosa Grace Bay. El alojamiento consta de una habitación con una cama king size, amplio vestidor y baño con ducha. Sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta brillante con sofá que se convierte en una cama de matrimonio perfecta para una segunda pareja o un niño mayor. Chicco Playyard disponible para bebés a pedido. La cocina contiene un fregadero doble, nevera / congelador de acero inoxidable, cocina a gas, cafetera y microondas. Lavadora de carga superior de la marca Frigidaire / secadora de carga frontal para ropa ubicada en el armario fuera de la sala de estar. Hay un frente oeste completamente protegido en el porche trasero perfecto para atrapar puestas de sol mientras se evitan los insectos, y una terraza exterior con barbacoa de gas.

Hummingbird Cottage in Leeward Settlement was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. It offered the perfect balance of convenience and privacy: close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.

The house was a perfect get-a-way for two just a short walk to a beautiful beach! We grilled almost every night and dine on the screened in deck. Great to have washer/dryer on site. Hosts were responsive and kind. Check - in was easy!

Great location! Quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to Grace Bay restaurants. We liked that the home has charm. We had an issue with the microwave not working, it was replaced within hours. Very friendly and professional maintenance worker assisted with the microwave replacement. Will absolutely book this property again. Thank you!

The place was really nice as described. Very comfortable and inviting. It seems to be an older home, but nicely renovated and furnished.We enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch. The surrounding area is peaceful for relaxing and the nearby beach is lovely.The host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had.

If you like the quiet seclusion surrounded by nature, but close to an amazing beach, then this is your place. Enjoyed making this our home for a few days in paradise.

This property was great, and is described very accurately by the hosts. It is very close to the beach, and the hosts have generously provided three shade umbrellas, three beach chairs, a larger and a small portable cooler, and a few other beach items that were wonderful and we used frequently. Large deck and screened in patio, that was nice for morning coffee drinking. We rented a car and checked out different beaches on the island every day. Internet was fast and good, never turned on the TV. Bed was a big comfortable king size, and the "split" bathroom with toilet and sink in one, and shower and sink in the other was convenient. There are separate air conditioning units in the main living area and bedroom, so if it hot (which it is, and hosts request you turn off the AC when not in the home), we found that either space cooled down quickly and comfortably.

Location, location, location! This house is in the best area on the island and within walking distance to the most beautiful and tranquil beach. The home could use some improvements. Windows are in need on replacement and some kitchen pans and utensils are well worn. Furnishings in living area are also a bit tired. Overall, we had a great time, just felt that a little more TLC could make this place even better!

Nice and simple

We needed more affordable but still comfortable alternative to the very expensive and more fancy places the rest of our group were staying in. This place was perfect and we really appreciate that it was available to us.

Home away from home!

Ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Very private, almost secluded but 5 to 20 minutes’ drive to some very nice beach front restaurants. Access to the beach is as easy as described. We would stay again if available. Kudos to the hosts!

The location is perfect! Just a few minutes to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Bed was comfy and we loved the screen porch and the beach amenities. Unfortunately when we had an issue the first night, no one responded to our message for 3 days. Also, the listing stated that check-out was at 11, but people were welcome to stay until 12. When I tried to confirm this the owner sent an unfriendly message with the screen shot of the portion of the listing that only said 11:00. I’m happy to follow all rules, but didn’t appreciate the negativity when I tried to clarify the mixed messages on the listing.
