Great stay - it was the perfect amount of space. The pool was great. Quick walk to the beach. Couldn’t have worked out better for a work trip!

Our stay was wonderful. Nice hotel and pool; very courteous and helpful staff! Perfect location, many nice restaurants in walking distance, and beautiful beach. Would definitely come back!!

Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Construction from joining property did have daily debris in pool and on balcony. This is not the hotels fault.

Clean room, hard working staff, great location right off the beach. Plenty of parking. My kids loved having a room that walked out onto the pool. We walked to the Bay Bistro for an easy breakfast, and Hemingways at the Sands was an easy walk for dinner. Not far from SaltMills plaza either. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful beach! This hotel made our stay so easy and relaxing. Plenty of free parking right at the hotel, clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the home-like amenities we needed. We especially loved that fresh beach towels were always available by the pool — such a thoughtful touch that made beach days effortless. Highly recommend for anyone wanting convenience and comfort right by the beach!

Es war einfach nur großartig. Perfekte Lage nahe des schönsten Strands der Karibik mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tollen Restaurants, große und immer saubere saubere Zimmer mit stabilem und schnellen Internet, unglaublich nettes und herzliches Personal, ein fantastischen Pool. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, this is a rundown property, the receptionist area has a sliding door that is not even on the track, same thing to get into the gym, Dora needs to be lifted and slid out of the way by whoever uses it, looked at the room and the refrigerator was rusty and dented up and the whole place in general was rundown, we had to quickly change our plans and book another hotel

Room and property were nice as expected. Very helpful staff when needed. Would be nice to see the beach access, that’s not directly attached to this property by the way, it’s a public access, be updated to support the style of the property we stayed at. Overall it’s a good place to stay and we enjoyed our trip with the Tides. Location is also very good for pickup on the beach for certain excursions, and just a short 10-15 min walk to “Town”.

This was the perfect little spot for my young family- Brenda was amazing as all the staff. So accommodating with change of schedules etc. the pool was nearly private as not many guests occupied and the beach was a 3 minute walk outside of the property.

I had a great experience staying at The Tides. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The location is a major highlight—just a short walk to the beach, with complimentary beach chairs available for guests to use. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and daily housekeeping does an excellent job keeping everything in top condition. Parking was plentiful and convenient, which made things even easier. While this isn’t a luxury resort and doesn’t claim to be perfect, it offers excellent value for the price. If you’re expecting a high-end resort experience, there are pricier options nearby—but for what you pay here, The Tides delivers a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t put too much weight on overly negative reviews; in my experience, they don’t reflect the overall quality of this property.

I got horrible Bed bugs bites on my child face, doors and feet, while the rest of the body was in pajamas for the fist night I stayed there, was offered no refund for that night and was moved to another room on the 3rd floor for the 2nd night. I notified management right away and showed them the bites. never returning

The Tides is very small and quaint. We felt at home. Brenda and the rest of the staff was very friendly and easy to get ahold of for anything we needed! Super close to the beach. There are chairs, towels and umbrellas available. Lots of restaurants and shops are available in walking distance or bicycles are available to use. We had a great stay. Small, private and accomodating. We will be back!
