We provide 4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs with backpack straps, an Umbrella, Cressi Snorkel and Mask, Igloo Cooler & beach towels so you can have an amazing day at the beach.

This 1 year new villa has all the bells & whistles. Very bright place to call home while on vacation. Central Location. The Villa has two spacious bedrooms with brand new furniture, featuring a comfortable queen mattresses and luxury bed frames, nightstands & lamps. All our Sheets/Towels/Blankets/Pillows/Beach Towels come from Island Furniture's Linen Shop in Turtle Cove.

Guests enjoy ensuite bathrooms with Quartz Tiles, Glass Shower & Kohler fixtures. The main floor also has a 2 peice bathroom and a washer and dryer.

Walk into the main floor open concept Kitchen Living Dining. Very spacious 2500 sq/ft with White Kitchen Cabinets, Quartz Countertops, all new stainless steel appliances. Water Filter on fridge and ice maker.

Comfy sectional with smart TV, high speed internet and table for 4. Bluetooth speaker for Music and BBQ grill on the back deck.

Black out curtains in the bedroom, ceiling fans and 4 split wall AC units with remotes, make this the perfect caribbean escape all year round.

It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. Dine in or walk to the local restaurants such as Mango Reef, Sharkbite, Baci Italian, Simone's, Top of the Cove Deli and more.

Option to book a Private Pontoon Boat Trip for 7 hours with a private captian. Must reserve at least 30 days before arrival to ensure they have space for you. I can email them to reserve for you. Captain Devon knows how to show our guests a great time. Pricing subject to change so inquire within. They have 2 boats, so if you have people staying at another villa, they could go out at the same time as you.

Scooter Bob's Car Rentals and TCI Car Rentals are in walking distance of Turtle Cove Villa or they can bring the car to the villa. They have a great reputation.

Also highly recommend the 1/2 day sail/snorkel trip with Oceanvibes TCI. They provide snorkel gear, beverages. They pick you up at the beach by Coral Gardens or The Sibonne. Since you are in walking distance to Turtle Cove Marina, you can ask if you can meet them at the marina. Check them out online.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS Dec 19 2026 to Jan 3 2027: 7 Night Minimum over Christmas OR New Years, 14 Night Minimum if you want to stay for Christmas & New Years.
Dec 20 to Dec 27 , Dec 21 to Dec 28 Dec 22 to Dec 29 so that another family can book 7 nights over New Years being Dec 27 to Jan 3/27 or Dec 28 to Jan 4th, Dec 29 to Jan 5th
