Two bedrooms are located upstairs and the third bedroom is located on the lower level, accessed by a private door.

Other things to note

-Electricity usage is metered separately and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
