Beautiful condo

This is our second stay at Villa renaissance. The beach is beautiful, location is amazing, and the resort is well kept. My family used the tennis court, but the gym is very small. Daily house keeping is a must for me. The kitchen was well stocked and had salt/spices so we didn’t have to buy them. We stayed in November and there was never a struggle to find a chair at the beach or pool.

Beachfront Paradise

Absolutely perfect location to walk to shops and dining. Beach front villa with a private walk to the beach, just steps away. Great pool and poolside bar. 24/7 security, incredibly clean and well stocked for anything you should need. Loved our stay and highly recommend!!!

Paradise in Turks

My 3 boys and I ventured to the Turks for a mother son getaway. Galina’s unit was absolutely perfect. Unit was clean and we were comfortable. The view from the patio was AMAZING. Easy walk to the beach, pool and into town. I felt comfortable with my teenagers roaming around. Galina was very responsive in booking and checking in on us. We can’t wait to return to paradise.

Beautiful location

This is the best of all beach vacations our family has taken so far. Beautiful location and building, clean and comfortable apartment with good quality furniture. Very easy private access to the beach that is literally on the backyard. Coconut trees add a special touch to the see view from balcony. Restaurants and bars are all within 15 minute walk. Our concierge Beverly took care of all our reservations for various water activities. A big thanks to her. Kudos to the Property manager Sandeep for keeping the entire properly maintained. We hope to come back in future.

Villa Renaissance Unit 102

Villa was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. It has a spectacular ocean view from the living room and patio. Nice location with restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Galina was very accommodating and responsive. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like gallon of water in the fridge, her collection of books, board games, floaters etc. Thanks to the friendly staff Beverly and Jeff who came daily for housekeeping and accommodated our needs. Only complaint was the staff at the beach chair set up who was not helpful at all throughout our 7 days stay. There was a day that he just watched me and my friend carry 4 lounge chairs and set it up ourselves. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay.

My Happy Place

We enjoyed our stay there. It was spacious and clean. Location was very convenient. It was close to a shopping center so you can walk to a grocery store, coffee shops and many luxury restaurants nearby. Beach was very beautiful but not crowded. We would go back and stay there.

Great place to stay!

Right on the beach...the view is spectacular. The accommodations are perfect. You don't have to bring as many clothes because there's a washer/dryer on site. The VR staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with many options for coffee and dining. You really don't need to rent a car. And of course, the beach is amazing. It doesn't have a big surf so it's like swimming in a swimming pool. The best beach I've ever seen. I highly recommend.

Girls getaway

I celebrated a “big” birthday with several friends at this place! Love our easy access to the ocean and the wall to wall sliders which connected the inside to the outside. The restaurants are walking distance and excellent. Best birthday I have ever had!
