We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. House keeping was great and even loaded the dishwasher for us each day. We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. I do recommend you replace the sleeper sofa. My child planned to sleep on it, but you can feel all the springs in it, so our 5 year old ended up in the king bed with us. To be fair, we did not contact the office for a rollaway bed, which they may have been able to provide.

Appreciated the staff, location and beach tremendously. I would stay again and thank you for the unexpected room towel exchange. The beach is perfect and the lounge/umbrella and service were top notch. Thank you!

Beautiful property

Wonderful beach front property. Well maintained. Small but nice pool and hot tub. Free bikes in good shape. Easy to walk to lots of eating places.

Twin Brothers' Birthday Trip

The condo was nicer than expected and nicer than the pictures depicted. Minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The pool was beautiful as well with a necessary bar on the premises. The outdoor patio furniture could have been better; it looked a little too worn and dingy. Lastly, there were some mosquitos inside the condo which were problematic.

Great location and amenities!

What a lovely property and so convenient to everything Grace Bay has to offer! With access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, we couldn't have been happier. This property also included a wonderful pool and hot tub, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and proximity to great restaurants and shopping in the area. Loved it!

Wonderful Stay

The villa and location were perfect for two couples. It was low season so the pool and beach never felt too busy. The villa is walking distance to many shops, cafes and amenities. We enjoyed a rental car to explore other parts of the island and restaurants, but there is enough nearby to get away without a car if you’re primarily interested in the adjacent beach and pool. Wonderful stay!

This property is so nice! Perfect location - close to restaurants, shopping and the #1 reason for going...Grace Bay Beach. The actual condo was a perfect set up for us. Clean and fully stocked with all the amenities.

Nice Stay at Villa Renaissance

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. I would have given it 5 stars but there were a few items that was not communicated properly to us. Some up if may have been the way the posting was set up. As for background our oldest son is disabled so when booking this property we did a filter on available properties that were wheelchair accessible. This was one of properties that was populated in the search. They did tell me that the master bedroom was a step down and going to the beach there were steps so I was aware of that. But this property was full of steps. Going into the lobby and out of the lobby to the pool, going up the steps away from the pool, out of our walk out patio, etc. It took us a while to get used to it but we did manage. Also it says that it sleep 5 but the way its set up it really sleep 4. We had our 5th sleep on the pull out sofa but the room is not set up for sleeping. There should be a black out shades like hotels have or you are going to wake up at sunrise. Easy fix but again we were a little disappointed. Other than that the property was excellent. Very clean, nicely decorated, and very close to everything. This is our 4th time down at provo so I feel we know a lot about this island and have to say this location is great. We spent the other half of our trip at Beaches so what a difference with crowds. My kids like the crowded spot, I prefer this type of spot. I would love to go back just not sure it suites our family needs.

Villa# 602 @ Villa Rennaissance was a perfect vacation. Loved the well-appointed villa and comfortable bed. I can't say enough positive things about our 2nd trip to this resort. I'm ready to book our vacation for next year!

Hidden gem!

This was the perfect spot for 2 couples to enjoy a relaxing week. The villa was exactly as described. They were quick to respond to any questions we had before arriving. Fresh towels & daily cleaning were great. The location was perfect to walk to supper after a day at the beach. Everyone who worked here was so friendly & helpful during our stay!

Best place on grace bay!

Villa renaissance was the perfect place to stay. Right in the heart of town and walkable to everything. Our condo was spotless and comfortable. We played pickleball every morning on beautiful courts and then walked right onto the beach to relax. We ended our days in the hot tub and serene pool. Will be staying here again next time we come back to Turks!

Pre-holiday holiday!

The stay was perfect-- a quick getaway for a few days in the sun and sand between my toes. The location is super convenient, just a quick walk to a diverse selection of restaurants. Unit 602 was beautifully decorated and a comfortable, convenient perch for us. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to the shops.

Hello, We had few issues, had to go to frontdesk few times. Manager was supposed to be in contact the same evening, never did. We went to the condo ourselves, no introduction like the one that we rented at this complex a week ago. Didn't receive an email 24-48 hours before check-in. The safe had no battery, my husband figured it out and I went and told front desk, it was resolved afterwards. The patio door didn't lock, the reception was informed and nobody did anything. We pay extra for the 5th person , had to insist to have a roll-out bed instead of a sofa bed which is not comfortable at all. For the price we paid, we expect better service. The service was excellent a week ago at another condo at the same property.

Tranquility and Peace in the Heart of Grace Bay!

Spent 7 nights in this perfect garden villa with direct beach access to Grace Bay and a serene pool on property. This was the perfect combo of a self-catered VRBO with resort-style amenities. We had another couple with us and the layout was more than enough room for the four of us to have our own private space in addition to the shared areas. Seven Stars and The Ritz are located a short walk on the beach away, so Villa Renaissance is a best kept secret which gives you a modified resort experience at a fraction of the cost. The grounds are beautifully kept and there is daily housekeeping. The staff members were all so accommodating and kind. Many great restaurants in walking distance, although we still rented a car to explore more of the beauty of Providenciales. Parking for our rental was right outside our door and the property provides a very safe and secure feeling. We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you to our gracious hosts. This was a very special trip, and we can’t wait to return to the unparalleled TCI!

Wonderful vacation in TCI

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Renaissance. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Grace Bay and easy walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. We enjoyed staying in the heart of Grace Bay and yet the property did not feel crowded and noisy - just what we wanted for our vacation experience. The staff at Villa Renaissance were kind and helpful. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing and peaceful stay. We would stay here again!
