This is our second stay at Villa renaissance. The beach is beautiful, location is amazing, and the resort is well kept. My family used the tennis court, but the gym is very small. Daily house keeping is a must for me. The kitchen was well stocked and had salt/spices so we didn’t have to buy them. We stayed in November and there was never a struggle to find a chair at the beach or pool.

Absolutely perfect location to walk to shops and dining. Beach front villa with a private walk to the beach, just steps away. Great pool and poolside bar. 24/7 security, incredibly clean and well stocked for anything you should need. Loved our stay and highly recommend!!!

My 3 boys and I ventured to the Turks for a mother son getaway. Galina’s unit was absolutely perfect. Unit was clean and we were comfortable. The view from the patio was AMAZING. Easy walk to the beach, pool and into town. I felt comfortable with my teenagers roaming around. Galina was very responsive in booking and checking in on us. We can’t wait to return to paradise.

This is the best of all beach vacations our family has taken so far. Beautiful location and building, clean and comfortable apartment with good quality furniture. Very easy private access to the beach that is literally on the backyard. Coconut trees add a special touch to the see view from balcony. Restaurants and bars are all within 15 minute walk. Our concierge Beverly took care of all our reservations for various water activities. A big thanks to her. Kudos to the Property manager Sandeep for keeping the entire properly maintained. We hope to come back in future.

Villa was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. It has a spectacular ocean view from the living room and patio. Nice location with restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Galina was very accommodating and responsive. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like gallon of water in the fridge, her collection of books, board games, floaters etc. Thanks to the friendly staff Beverly and Jeff who came daily for housekeeping and accommodated our needs. Only complaint was the staff at the beach chair set up who was not helpful at all throughout our 7 days stay. There was a day that he just watched me and my friend carry 4 lounge chairs and set it up ourselves. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay there. It was spacious and clean. Location was very convenient. It was close to a shopping center so you can walk to a grocery store, coffee shops and many luxury restaurants nearby. Beach was very beautiful but not crowded. We would go back and stay there.

Right on the beach...the view is spectacular. The accommodations are perfect. You don't have to bring as many clothes because there's a washer/dryer on site. The VR staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with many options for coffee and dining. You really don't need to rent a car. And of course, the beach is amazing. It doesn't have a big surf so it's like swimming in a swimming pool. The best beach I've ever seen. I highly recommend.

I celebrated a “big” birthday with several friends at this place! Love our easy access to the ocean and the wall to wall sliders which connected the inside to the outside. The restaurants are walking distance and excellent. Best birthday I have ever had!

We had a wonderful time and loved the view from the balcony. and the easy walk from the balcony to the beach.The staff throughout Villa Renaissance was extremely polite and helpful. They were very attuned the needs of the guests. Our unit was very well equipped although we ate out most nights. The A/C kept the apartment at a comfortable temperature. Everything in town was within convenient walking distance. Our only suggestion would be to have two smaller pillows on the master bed. The pillows were large and left us with sore necks sometimes. Otherwise, we had a great time and look forward to returning.

Galina was always pleasant and helpful through the entire process starting with booking date changes , restaurant & excursion suggestions, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Checkin was easy/quick. Our room wasn’t quite ready, but a rum punch and appetizer at the pool bar while we waited ( suggested by our host) was perfect. The villa was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The unit was really clean and had everything we needed. Extra thoughtful touches like a gallon of water in fridge , enough coffee , coffee filters , sweetener, laundry and dish soap for our entire stay. Really appreciated having our rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily. A pleasant surprise for a villa. We had the most spectacular view from our patio on the first floor. Every morning we sat on the patio with our coffee enjoying the ocean front view. The villa was perfectly located in the center of Grace Bay Beach with great restaurants , bars, coffee shops, grocery store, and shopping within walking distance. The front desk employees were always very nice and willing to help with taxis, restaurant recommendations and reservations. Beach service was great too. This resort is truly the perfect place to be when visiting the island. We were so sad when we had to leav, and would definitely stay at Villa Renaissance in u it 102 if I’m lucky enough to return to this beautiful island.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of Villa Renaissance Unit 102. The condo truly is just a few steps through the palm trees from the best stretch of Grace Bay beach. Our host had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, but we were happy to just lounge at this amazing place. The beach was not crowded, but great restaurants were still just a short walk away. If you're questioning whether a first floor unit right on the beach is worth the extra price, the answer should be a resounding yes. I highly recommend this rental.

This was our sixth trip to our favorite island and it was the best ever!!! We enjoyed some of our favorite restaurants and tried a few new ones. The weather was picture perfect and the villa was beautiful and perfect for us. We will definitely return next year and plan to stay longer. Many thanks to our property owner who stayed in touch and shared her favorites with us!!!
