Airy & Bright home: Cozy retreat for all seasons in provincetown

  • Welcome to our beach cottage newly built in 2019. It is a 1 bedroom single family home, a short walk to a pet friendly beach. The private beach has views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod. We are in an area called Beach Point and located just 2.5 miles from the center of town. We are located next to the Sandcastle Resort which is a timeshare resort. In the summer months this resort can be bustling and their staff housing is next to our home, it is quiet in the shoulder seasons. A bus runs to town during the summer season and is located just across the way. We are minutes from multiple National Seashore Beaches as well as many restaurants and shopping in Provincetown.

    Saturday to Saturday Rentals only for the months of July & August, (with exceptions for last minute cancellations)

    This beach house was newly built in the spring of 2019. The property is fully equipped for your convenience. We have a washer and dryer, wi-fi and much more. The bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and full bath. Downstairs is the full kitchen and living area along with a half-bath and farmer's porch. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience after the beach.

    Your four legged friends are always welcome as we are very dog friendly (we do not allow cats)

    Please joint us in the shoulder and off season as we stay open year-round. A great location for a holiday stay or a quiet winter cape weekend.

Macy’s Place provided the perfect get-away. Beach access is easy and we could walk our pups for long distances. It is beautiful. The heart of P-Town is minutes away by car.The cottage is spacious, bright, very clean, and nicely decorated. Great kitchen and amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Easy parking steps from the door. Extremely clean cottage. The kitchen was well-stocked. Super convenient having a bathroom on both floors. The bed and even the pillows were comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Very clean and new and well cared for cottage. The space was just right with 1 1/2 baths, an outdoor shower, kitchen, king bed. The neighborhood is quiet.Quick drive into town, to the beach, or to a state park for a walk in the shade. Fall is a wonderful time to visit. We hope to return soon!

Lovely house very close to the bay with incredible sand dunes at low tide. Low key spot allowing us & our dog to take in the beach.

Much needed week away

Great place for two people and the dog. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood and people very friendly. Close to the harbor beach and short ride to ocean beach and downtown. Hoping to stay again next year.

Anniversary Trip

We loved Macy’s place for celebrating our second wedding anniversary!! The cottage is beautiful and so clean. It was very easy to drive/take a cab into Provincetown and the beach behind the property was great for daily walks. We enjoyed the patio furniture and sitting out in the sun. This was our first trip to Cape Cod and definitely will not be our last! Overall a fantastic experience!

What a lovely cottage. More than enough space for two. I loved that this rental was not filled with "stuff" that the owners found useful. It was more of an upscale hotel vibe than cottage. A short walk to the bay to watch sunsets and walk the flats...awesome. A quick drive to the center of town. Also a quick drive to Herring Cove. Oh the pics on VRBO are good, but doesnt to the place justice. We hope to be back!

Such a Treat

We just love staying at Macy’s. Brendan is a great host. Cottage is perfect. Well appointed. Close to dog friendly beach. Fun of Provincetown close by. Look forward to our return!
