What a great place! So centrally located and convenient. Was so nice to just run home which took 2 seconds from Commercial Street. The Owner was so responsive and assisted any of our questions we may have. The home was so clean, the hot tub was nice touch after a long night of dancing and walking all day. I would definitely recommended this place to all my ppl.

Our stay was phenomenal! Pictures are exactly how the unit is. Right in the middle of town you can walk to anywhere. And for where it is too it is extremely quiet. The hot tub is a great addition too to relax in at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this property!!

Perfect location in the middle of PTown, but far enough from the street at the back of the property, so it's very quiet. Everything on either end of Commercial St. is wilting walking distance. Beautifully updated condo. Extremely clean. The hosts responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

A perfect little home away from home! The location right in the center of Town off Commercial Street is so convenient to easily get around town, and because it’s set off the street, it’s very quiet and private. We had four adults in the house and we all had plenty of space to hang out without being on top of each other. Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bar area are fully stocked. And the hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Stephane was very communicative and easy to get in touch with. This is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed in PTown!

This is a wonderful, very well-appointed home in the heart of Commercial Street. It is close to all of the sights and sounds and activities and restaurants of Commercial St., and yet it is set back so that it is also very quiet and private. The property owner is very available should you have any questions. It is a truly lovely and comfortable home and I highly recommend it!

Location location location

We loved our stay. We parked the car in a near by lot and didn’t go back until the end of our trip. Everything is so easy to walk to. We were here a week and we could have used a month to see all of the galleries, shops and restaurants.

Cozy, Contemporary, Convenient

Three of us had an incredible stay at this beautifully and intentionally designed home, in the center of it all! The technology was up-to-date, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked, check-in and -out simple and easy. Oh, and I didn’t even mention the cute porch and hot tub! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and we are looking forward to doing just that. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Place in Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. This place was exactly as described and pictured. The host was very easy to contact and always responded immediately. The location of the unit was outstanding especially since it was in the center of town but set back so the place was super quiet. We loved it. Thank you.

Perfect PTown Hideaway in the middle of Commercial St.

This condo was exactly as advertised. In fact the photos do not do it justice. It has been updated with impeccable taste and high-end finishes, appliances and furniture. The address is on Commercial St., but this unit is located at the rear of the property and is very quiet, yet within a few minutes walking distance of everything you want to do in PTown. Owner was ver responsive to our questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House/Fantastic Location

House was immaculate, kitchen well stocked and lovely to cook in. I'm not a very tech savvy person, nor was anyone I was with, but their directions made it relatively easy. Could not recommend more!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our week. Great location. Well appointed including the rain shower. Lots of great technology. Easy processes in terms of booking, check in, etc. Loved the hot tub. My only concern was the size. The listing mentioned a little over 1,000 sf but it did not feel that big.

Well appointed stay in Ptown

We spent a week at the condo and very much enjoyed our time. The unit is well stocked in the kitchen (eg sharp knives, plenty of tools, nonstick pans), in the bathroom (eg plenty of towels and basic toiletries), and elsewhere. They have put in a lot of effort into smart lighting and technology as well as a beautiful nicely stocked bar with all the hardware you need. The hot tub is a fantastic perk as well. Stephane was very responsive and helped right away with a minor question. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Time

This property was a great place to stay. The location is incredible, did not have to travel too far to get to everything. The inside is gorgeous and everything was laid out well. The bathroom is lovely, with a rain shower head and a heated bidet. The bedrooms were comfortable and happy to have dressers to unpack. We felt very welcome and will definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot

My friend and I had stayed in this house previously and enjoyed ourselves immensely and this time is no different. The space is well equipped and comfortable, the bed and sheets were soft and cozy and the hot tub was delightful. The house is located in the heart of Provincetown and an easy walk to all the fun local spots. I look forward to visiting again.

Perfect Location in the Center of Provincetown

I understand this to be the first review for this property and let me just start by saying - if you see this is open for rental, book it and book it fast! The space is gorgeous, the location cannot be beat and we felt so well taken care of throughout our entire stay. From booking to check out (and even after!), this was a fantastic experience. Located directly in the heart of Commercial Street, you would never know that you are mere steps away from all the shopping + dining one could want when you're enjoying yourself on the deck, in the hot tub (YES THE HOT TUB PEOPLE THIS ALONE IS REASON TO BOOK) or sitting to soak up some sun on the brick patio. It's the perfect blend of peaceful Cape idyllic feeling + access to all the wild fun to be had in Provincetown. Waking up every morning to sit and enjoy coffee on the deck after a quick jaunt to nearby coffee shops was priceless. The biggest thing I would note is that there is not parking available for those driving in, so take the ferry or fly in if you can! If you have to drive though, you are very conveniently located to every major parking lot in Provincetown within a 5 minute walk. The owners themselves were so very kind + sweet, communicating with us prior to our stay and thanking us afterwards as well. The property manager is an absolute gem of a human being (full disclosure he is also my friend but it's still 100% true) and we felt taken care of at all times. There was one small mishap with the bathroom downstairs, but it was swiftly resolved and in such a way that we barely even noticed that blip on what was hands down a 5-star experience. The space itself is cozy but feels really spacious at the same time. With 2 floors, you really have plenty of room to enjoy the space without affecting your other travel companions. If you've ever been in some of the Cape rentals out there, you know this is a HUGE commodity. Very modern feel while still maintaining that Cape-chic vibe with a slew of high-end touches as well. All in all, this made my best friend's 40th birthday bear week visit so memorable and we would be so lucky to be able to rent it in the future when we visit! 10 out of 10 would stay again if you all don't book it out from under me first!!
