Hermosa casa histórica céntricamente ubicado

Una histórica casa de estilo del Cabo situado en el centro, en la base del monumento de peregrino a sólo 1 cuadra del muelle central. Hay 4 amplias habitaciones, todas equipadas con ropa de cama y almohadas cómodas. Recientemente renovado cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito, nuevos cablnets, lavavajillas y gran mesa de comedor para acoger hasta 10. Situado en una tranquila calle de sentido único a un paso de la calle de Bradford, en el centro de la ciudad. baño primer piso recientemente renovado con una nueva combinación de bañera / ducha, suelos de baldosas y accesorios nuevos. Baño del segundo piso, también de reciente construcción ofrece una ducha y accesorios nuevos. Relajarse en la amplia sala de estar que se completa con televisión por cable, acceso inalámbrico a Internet, DVD, reproductor de CD y amplios asientos. Hay un patio de ladrillo para el entretenimiento y relajante completo con una parrilla de gas y muebles de patio. Fuera de la segunda planta den hay una nueva cubierta con barandilla que fue construido en 2012. Hay un aparcamiento para 2 coches (tándem) en el camino privado de la casa. lavandería privada y aire acondicionado completan éste. Disponible por la semana julio y agosto y los fines de semana durante la temporada de hombro. Lo sentimos, No se admiten son bienvenidos. NO fumar en la casa.





Situado en el centro:: La casa está situada en un bloque que es el hogar de muchos locales de todo el año en Provincetown - 1 cuadra y media hasta el muelle y la langosta Pot aproximadamente 2 cuadras de ayuntamiento. Cuenta con un suelo de madera a pie y delante excelentemente cuidada en la sala de estar y dormitorios. El cuartito de la entrada es perfecto para almacenar de alquiler de bicicletas, artículos de playa o los cochecitos durante su estancia.

Our group of 7 loved staying at this beautiful house and its central location to all we did in Provincetown! The house provided great comfort, charm, and many home necessities luxuries! The Owner, Patrick is by far one of the best hosts I've interacted with. He provided great communication, customization, and a wonderful experience! Easy and straight forward rules to abide by. I highly recommend!

Patrick was such a fantastic host. He made a couple of specific accomodations for our group. The house was extremely clean and convenient to the center of town. This is a great house with lots of spaces to gather. This was our 2nd stay at the house and plan to reserve for a 2026 stay. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place is a 10.

Top tier experience all around from the house itself to location. Check in was easy and convenient. A chef was in our group so the kitchen facilities were put to great use. Quintessential Provincetown charm! Patrick visited us at checkout who made the whole trip seamless.

A perfect P-town experience

Many of us have been going to P-town for close to 20 years and this property was absolutely perfect. Patrick, our host, was incredibly accommodating. The house was pristine but had beautiful charm. We can’t wait to come back!

Best host ever!

This was the best host we have ever experienced. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all 8 of us. Huge kitchen and enormous kitchen table made this house a home for us. AC in every bedroom kept all of us cool and comfy. We loved using the grill and patio table in the backyard along with the upstairs balcony porch. We have stayed in several places, but this host paid the best attention to details that are important for a trip: Clean towels and sheets, Complimentary coffee, laundry detergent etc etc. perfect!

Wonderful stay in Ptown- perfect location!

Patrick’s house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal - everything downtown is walkable within a matter of minutes. Patrick was proactive about checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly. The house was just what we were looking for- plenty of bedrooms to sleep and great space to eat inside or outside if you want to have a meal as a group. Hope to be back in the future!

Wonderful Experience

One again, Patrick and William provided us with a great house to enjoy our vacation in Provincetown! A Fabulous Time in PTown

This was our 2nd time staying here and we LOVE this house! It's perfectly located so it's easy to get to, and if you need a costume change, it's convenient to run back between tea/dinner/going out. Beds are comfortable, there are several gathering spaces which makes it great for a group of 7 or 8 like we were. Kitchen is fully stocked too which made for a great end of trip group dinner experience. Great house, can't recommend enough and we look forward to returning next year!

Perfect Ptown Home

This is our second year staying here and we couldn't be happier. The house is absolutely delightful and perfectly situated between the east and west ends of town, but just back enough from the bustle of Commercial to enjoy the quiet beauty of Provincetown. As was the case last year, there was consistent, clear and exceptionally warm communication with little touches that made our stay extra special. Grateful once again to Patrick and William for the hospitality. This house is in such a great location, comfortably sleeping our group of 7 and serving as a control center during Carnival week. The roof deck was utilized often as usual, even as the sun struggled to come out. Clear and easy communication. Our go-to house in Ptown.

Wonderful roof deck

My group of friends has stayed in various houses in Ptown and this was our favorite. Fantastic location in the middle of everything but quiet and just off Bradford St. The roofdeck put it over the top for us, as well as the cleanliness and attentiveness of the hosts. We will be back!

Wonderful Home!

Patrick and William were wonderful to deal with! They texted me leading up to our trip and even called a few days before to make sure we were all set for checking in. We look forward to staying at their home again! The location was excellent and made all the difference. The house had everything we needed for our stay and then some. We could not be happier and only wish we could’ve stayed another week!!! ;-)

Centrally located with a welcoming host

Patrick was an amazing host, and the property was beautiful and centrally located! It was our first time in PTown, so soon after booking the property Patrick called to give us an overview of all the best things to do in Provincetown, and followed up with a text full of event and restaurant recommendations. He also called the day before the reservation to ensure we had received the access information from VRBO, and reached out to VRBO on our behalf to ensure we received it. The home itself was beautiful. We loved cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, using the BBQ, and hanging out on the upstairs deck, and if you plan to go to Atlantic House or other bars you couldn’t find a better location! We’d love to stay here again, next time we’re in PTown.

Perfect house for a perfect PTown getaway!

What a wonderful house! Location was perfect! A quick easy walk to Commercial St. But, also, removed enough to be quiet and secluded. Was very comfortable for me, my partner and 4 friends! Spend most of our time on the quaint deck upstairs looking at the stars and the Pilgrim Monument view! Patrick was an amazing host!! Reaching out with restaurant recommendations and always available by text for any questions we had! Meeting him and his partner at check-out was a highlight of the trip! Definitely looking forward to staying again!
