Food…beach…whales!

It was very easy to check in….the place was clean…very quiet and it was easy to get to Provincetown.

Clean, quiet, beach adjacent and pool access. Everything you need. Washer and dryer available. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the quiet. Plesantly surprised by the two outdoor seating areas. highly recommend this location

Great spot!

Great off season get away to Ptown! Jane’s place was perfect for my sister and I. Super clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and not too far from town. We had a bit of rain during our stay, so drove instead of walking. Not our first trip to Ptown, and won’t be our last, but we have found our place to stay when we return!

shoulder season stay

apologies if this is duplicate - i tried to submit a review previously. the biggest challenge of our stay was the lock on the door. it sticks and needs to be replaced. otherwise, everything was basic but fine.

Nice stay

Our aged legs would have liked this to be a bit closer to the action of Commercial Street, but it wasn’t far. The supposed bus from out front never came. But the condo itself was perfect, even though there was a fair amount of neighbor noise, including people with lead feet upstairs.

Great non-commercial vacation

Excellant place to stay near Provincetown. Quiet non-hotel atmosphere with the access to hotel pool. Beach right across the street. Can go for long walk or quick drive into Provincetown. Park in town public parking for best raits, only short walk to Commercial Street and pier.

Dated and crowded

Darker and older than photos show. Too much of owners 'stuff' around in a small place. 1 bedroom closet filled to the brim with A/C units, storage stuff with no room to hang up clothes....All in all a 'dated' unit.

Cute East End Condo

We had everything we needed at this condo to enjoy our stay. Nicely located in the East End. Short walk to the beach. I would defiantly recommend this property. Very quiet neighbors and a beautiful fluffy condo complex cat will try to make your acquaintance. Comfy beds in the two bedrooms and open layout living room/dining room/kitchen. We used the gas grill one night in the courtyard. Owner very responsive and helpful.

Great condo for girls trip!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! Place was much bigger and spacious than the pictures! Walking distance to a small beach which was nice for when we just wanted a short time at the beach. Everything else like the grocery store, nicer beaches, and town area was 5-10min driving which was very convenient! Window AC was enough to cool down the place and the small grill out back was big and powerful enough to cook lunch and dinner for us 3 girls every day. The neighbors were all very kind and respectful. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. Could use some new pans though. There were beach chairs in the closet that we used which were great! TV and internet worked the whole time we were there. We even used the pool at the hotel next door at no cost ( we didn't get to use the fire pits next door but the hotel said they turn them on every night). Jane was very responsive and was always just a text away. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, nice location

Jane was excellent to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. Even provided tips on what to do when in PTown. The condo was great! Fully stocked with everything you need and it's in a nice location, very close to the center of town. Would recommend and return some day.

Great 2 bedroom rental near Ptown

This was a perfect rental for 2 couples. The location is great. It’s across the road from bay beach.; a walkable distance to Ptown and on the shuttle route for an easy return. Access to hotel amenities and bike rentals across the street are another plus. The open floor plan provides kitchen and living room seating for 4 with everything you need. The small deck also seats 4 .

Great Cape Getaway!!

This place is in a great location for both beach activities and Provincetown fun! Condo was very clean and stocked with plenty of linens and beach gear. Loved having access to a pool for our little guy and just steps from exploring the bay for our older kids. Overall, very pleased!

Janes place is a perfect getaway!

The apartment is very modern with plenty of towels, blankets & chairs for the beach. Plenty of fans and AC. Has cable even for those rainy days or to catch the Sox scores! Only a mile from town with Acess to the beach right out the front door. We will definitely be coming back here!
