“The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up.”

“We stayed in Al Eairy Apartments 1 and 3 on two separate nights. We preferred these apartments—Al Eairy 3—much more than Al Eairy 1, which is a different set of apartments with the same name located about 10–15 minutes away. These ones were much cleaner. Things were clean for the most part, but the floors were dusty and my daughter found dried globs of something resembling oatmeal on both sides of her pillow case. “It's sad to have a poor to average service in Mandarin Oriental brand... only s couple of waiters were kind. Reception had a very bad attitude, concierge didnt have much idea of things, not the best experience in a hotel of such standards”

“Non smoking room but keep smelling the smoke from air conditioner! The floor is not clean and counter is very slow There is no window in the room, I mentioned needs to have windows before I check in, however, it seems the hotel doesn’t care about my request ”

“الاستقال كان ممتاز وسريع, الغرف واسعه ولطيفة, بس يحتاجون يهتموا بالنظافة اكثر لانها مليانه حشرات ونمل والحمام كان مستخدم ولم يتم تنظيفه والمكيفات شباك قديمة وتعبانه والازعاج الخارجي يوصل لعندي بالغرفة”
