“Es un ApartHotel con servicios muy básicos. El baño no es nada seguro, la ducha no está protegida, cuando se d7cañha de inunda el baño y es muy fácil resbalar se. Además justo pegado a la ducha hay un enchufe eléctrico, algo fuera de toda medida de seguridad. ”

“Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. “Friendly, helpful staff, especially the manager at the restaurant Mohammed. Would be great if the gym opened earlier as I like to gym before breakfast but it only opened from 11am. And also, the shower only had enough hot water for about 15mins and it wasn’t enough to shower my whole family. So we had to wait at least half an hour for more hot water. ”
