“This is near Plaza de Armas, which is a beautiful spot. But there have been protesters in the streets for the last two years and are very loud with megaphones. And there is a bar next to this property, which is exceedingly loud other than two in the morning till five in the morning. The shower just had a pipe sticking out of the wall. I tried to stay there and just couldn't. Way too loud that I couldn't think or sleep. ”

“The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a condominium complex that is itself a historical site. The location is far enough from main attractions to be quiet and close enough to easily get to them.
