“Nicer than the pictures—we only got to stay one night, but we would return when we travel through Bergen again. A plus that it had an elevator instead of having to get our luggage up the stairs. We cooked in the kitchen and found that we had what we needed to get the meals together. We also were able to do a load of laundry, a plus. They view was wonderful, and the owner has plants on the balcony which made it feel cozy. For us, having some space to spread out versus just a hotel room is a huge...

“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is clean and easy to access, and its location is perfect. The hosts were prompted with communications and clear with instructions. An excellent place to stay while in Bergen!”

“Beautiful location with a view of the fjord. Comfortable apartment. We enjoyed a walk up Samlen (we took 4 hours which included numerous stops to enjoy the view). There were a few items in the apartment which needed repair; we told the owner so I hope they will be attended to.”

“Lovely apartment but up a very steep hill, Apartment had everything you needed, really comfortable beds, lovely lounge area and kitchen, only 10mins to harbour. Bathroom had a washer but no dryer. Would recommend but not for anyone that can't climb up a, steep road.”

“Schöne Unterkunft mit Supermarkt vor der Tür und guter Bus-Anbindung nach Bergen. Besonders hat uns die direkte Lage am Wasser, die Sauna und die Ruhe vor Ort gefallen. Der Eigentümer Chris ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend.”

“This apartment is in an excellent location and had everything we needed. Pros: *Well stocked kitchen. We were able to make a few meals at the apartment and it had everything, minus ingredients, that we needed. *Great location. *Comfortable *8-10 walk to the bus station *Close to restaurants. *Grocery store right around the corner. *10-15 minute walk to Bryggen Cons: *No black out shades so bring eye masks. *Not very sound proof. Friday and Saturday people were partying and it was loud....

“Veldig fin og praktisk leilighet med alt som trengs for å lage mat. Rolig og fint nabolag. Gode senger, fint sengetøy og håndduker er med. Plass til mange, også rundt spisebordet. Fant parkeringsplass ved Johanneskirken veldig nært ved. Må kun ha litt vedlikehold og bytte et par plissegardiner og lampeskjermer. Nært sentrum og butikker, men det er litt bratt når man skal gå opp igjen fra sentrum. Anbefales, tredje gang vi leiger leilighet i dette bygget ”
