“We asked for a room to accommodate 3 women. They gave us a room with 'bunkbeds'. I am not sure I would have felt comfortable with a 5 year old on the beds. They were very unstable and did not feel safe. There was a room with a tub with no door, the water in the shower stayed cold, everything in the fridge froze overnight and we heard every noise made. For the price we paid, we would have expected a little better than this.”

“Convenient & scenic location at half the rate of nearby Sydney hotels was how we found this place but now we're telling friends to stay here because WOW. Room was huge, bright, and well-stocked. Lounge food was great. Coffee & breakfast outbuilding was excellent with a very friendly, helpful staffer. Highly recommend!”
