A few "negative" points: a) couldn't reach, on the phone, the front desk on three separate occasions to request more drinking glasses be brought up. b) only 2 drinking glasses in room; c) after my wife ordered room service and "closed" the invoice thru the restaurant's app (including taxes and tip), the waiter who delivered the food showed me a "paper" bill with "tips suggested " on it. By then, my wife was unavailable so I paid the bill with my credit card...
