“When asked about my stay while checking out, I mentioned to the staff at the front desk that the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned between guests (a large patch of what appeared to be shaved hair stuck on the wall of the shower, dirty bathtub, balls of hair on the floor), and that there were stained bed sheets.
