Please do not stay there. The entire staff is organized to steal any valuable belongings you may have, and their managers support and protect them in cases of theft.
During my stay at La Quinta Orem (March 2026), the housekeeping staff stole the contents of my perfumes and refilled them with water. I reported the situation to the managers, and despite providing evidence, they did not offer any solution and claimed there was no one responsible. Their only response was to offer me a $30 refund when my perfumes were worth $430.
Por favor no te hospedes ahí, todo el personal está organizado para robar cualquier pertenencia que tengas de valor y sus managers los respaldan y los protegen en casos de robo.
Durante mi estancia en La Quinta Orem (marzo 2026), el staff de housekeeping robó el contenido de mis perfumes y los relleno con agua. Comente la situación con los managers y a pesar de darles la evidencia no me dieron ninguna solución y dijeron que no había ningún responsable su única respuesta fue ofrecerme un rembolso de $30 cuando mis perfumes tenían un valor de $430
