“Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. “I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct. Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food. I always carry some candy in my backpack and was dismayed to discover ants made their way into my backpack when I left. The rest was OK, food was OK,...

Un gimnasio, todo y que algo limitado para practicar algo de deporte. Una discoteca en el mismo edificio. Supermercados, todo y que no es necesario si se alojan en el hotel con el TODO INCLUIDO. “This property is such a gem, the rooms and amazing and honestly you cannot go wrong with any of them but more than that the staff are really nice. I have allergies and they were ON IT. They made sure that I didn’t have anything with my allergens and offered alternatives. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, it’s rare to find a hotel that is stunning with incredible service. I’ll be back! If you’re looking to get around the island would plan to rent a car since the hotel is an oasis but...

“The resort is very family oriented and geared towards family activities. The entire property was clean. I was on all inclusive package and the food was very good. I got to sample things I normally wouldn’t try. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with children. ”
