“I rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication from the property management company was beyond frustrating. I followed all instructions, attempted contact 72hrs prior, no response. Called and left multiple messages, no response. Access was supposed to be through an electronic lock - with the code being the last 4 of the phone number, didn’t work. Finally, after numerous calls and messages left, I was able to get a live person to help gain access. Four codes later- and access was...

This is a great property if you are looking for a central spot to enjoy Colorado Springs and all the surrounding tourist spots.
