Overall the studio was very nice and the village area is gorgeous. This would be a 9 or even 10 out of 10 if it had air conditioning because it does get very hot and you simply cannot be in the room during the day with the portable fan the room has. We went in the summer so this will be a non-issue in the winter. A kitchenette would also be nice to have. Pros: -The studio is very clean with a lot of essentials provided. -Comfortable bed and pillows. -The village is beautiful with nice restaurants, coffee, skating ring, a great swimming pool, etc. -Personal parking space that is covered, so the car doesn't get hot in the summer. Cons: -The room gets very hot during the day starting in the morning and the room has no dedicated air conditioner, just one of the portable ones. My wife tried to take a nap during the day and simply couldn't because of the heat. At night it gets better if you open the window and sliding door, otherwise it is really hot also, even with the portable fan that is provided. -The property manager takes very long to respond. -Takes a good 10 minutes to get to the lake. -No broom. -No kitchenette.

Overall this is nice property to stay in with clean rooms and is close to Tahoe City. However, the sauna didn't work while we were there. We were told that the washer is in the process of being repaired (which is fine). One of the jet features could not be turned off so I had to shut off the entire spa (which is fine). I think the AC is pre-programmed so even when I turned off the AC before I went to bed, I woke up in the middle of the night and found that the AC was working (temp set to 65 degrees) with cold air blowing out of the vent. Other than those things, I think the location is very good, the entire house is clean. No TV, though, in the house, which probably should have been communicated earlier to me. Overall, I thnk this is good place to stay for a few nights.

Excelente ubicacion! No tiene restaurante pero hay varios muy cerca caminando sin duda excelente opcion también puedes rentar sus skis ahi mismo

This house was awesome for our family of 7. Plenty of sleep space, the kitchen has everything stocked so for our big meals we needed nothing. The beach being a walking distance was a major plus Since there’s no close parking for the beach! We seriously had a great vaycay full of fun memories!
