“All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. “Great 2 night stay, lovely room with a beautiful view. Ideal location for us as visiting family in Southbourne. Lovely food, I had the chicken and ham pie both nights, it was that good. Entertainment over the road at the Beach cafe both afternoons, which was a bonus in the fab weather we had. Definitely return ”
