“Location of the hotel is great, room was good, staff were very nice, but 2 reasons they dont deserve a 5 rating First, some scammers got the data of my reservation and tried to trick me into clicking on a link, or i will lose my reservation, how the info was obtained? Been a customer of hotels.com for a long time and this was the first time this happened. Sent an email to the hotel and they acknowledge some of their customers reported a similar situation, got a template email response from them...

“Sylvie et Sebastien and Carla were excellent hosts. We felt so welcomed. Sylvie and Carla met us the first day with coffee and tea. They sat down with us and made sure we knew how the tram worked and everything Bordeaux had to offer. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and quite large. The bedding exceptional and bathroom very nice.”

“En la publicidad comenta que tiene estacionamiento, pero la realidad es que no tiene, el personal no sabe cómo pagar el estacionamiento en la calle. ”

“Super clean, breakfast was incredible”

“Personal muy amable y habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas”

“Very clean, fresh, quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning coped well with 40 degrees outside - a cool oasis! Concierge Laëtitia helpful, welcoming and responsive. Will book again.”

“I whole-heartedly recommend staying here! Overall, it’s a wonderful property and I had a great experience. My only slight drawback was that the air conditioning in the dining area was kept very low—which made having a glass of wine or a meal a bit uncomfortable given how extremely hot the weather was in the region. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!”

“Personal bastante amable”

“Enjoyable stay; minimal contact with staff but they were helpful with check in instructions. The location was good with a cafe selection and transit outside.”
