I was honestly expecting to give them 4 stars when we first arrived but then everything went south. The hotel started doing maintenance work the second day, banging on gas pipes at 11pm and 5am right above our room, and the workers wouldn't stop even after we complained. Then they turned the terrace outside our room into a construction site effectively blocking all access to the elevator and staircase. Again we complained but nothing was done. In addition to that, the rooms are tiny, you can't walk past the bed without banging your knees and toes, and I am a very small person. Walls are paper thin, we could hear all the coughing fits the woman next door was having through the night, and there is a window between the rooms, so every time she turned her light on at 3am, we would get a strong ray of light right in our eyes waking us up. I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel even despite the good location. Expedia refunded me two nights out of four after hours on the phone with them.
