“A lovely very comfortable modern,clean apartment.The apartment was well equipped and in a great location for exploring the Old Town.There were plenty of super bars and restaurants nearby and a small supermarket two minutes away.We would definately be go back to this property when visiting Nice.”

A little tired interior, needs a lick of paint as well as a good clean, dust behind all furniture and on the skirtings - still great value for the price. I would recommend it! ”

“Ubicación primera linea de playa. Apartamento bien equipado, con un ambiente muy acogedor. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa. Muchas gracias a Catherine y su pareja por su trato tan atento y su disponibilidad. La ubicación te permite moverte en transporte público muy fácilmente, tanto hasta el casco urbano de Niza, como para ir a otras poblaciones cercanas. La parada del bus está a 100 metros del apartamento. Totalmente recomendable.”

“This property was fantastic. It was equipped with absolutely anything you could want for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the living room spacious and it had a lovely balcony for your breakfast or just to enjoy the weather. It also had air conditioning so was great for Nice’s warm and humid weather. Malin was a great and welcoming hostess. It was walkable to loads of restaurants, shops, Avenue Des Anglais, the market and more. Would highly recommend. ”
