“Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. If your looking for solitude and beauty this is it. WiFi was intermittent but I was there to unwind. Cellular signal was strong though. Staff was great and...

“Very beatiful private location, isolated from the main highway. Decent parking for cars. There are nice rooms second floor with spectacular view of the cove. The restaurant is nice but has a limited menu. Will be my regular stay on my travels To Manila.”

“There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. “This resort ticks all the boxes for me being a solo traveler. Very clean, better than average facilities, super comfortable rooms. The restaurant is terrific for simple meals and snacks. The staff here are extremely attentive and so friendly. This place will always be my choice when in this location.”

“Friendly staff, big rooms with cool temperatures. I wish the pool was open! My only other suggestion would be to build an additional layer of security to the front. In its current form, anyone can walk through the gate and up to your room. From that, I felt unsafe though I did not encounter any crime. Trip was very successful otherwise - thank you!”
