“By far, OYO Rockssar was the best 2-star hotel we experienced in this 3 week trip in the Philippines from Iloilo to Cebu (OYO in Moalboal cancelled on us last minute so not impressed =(), to Panglao, Coron then back to Manila. It was clean, simple setup, spacious, airconditioning worked and right at the heart of the city, close to the airport for transfers, staff were very helpful with needs re comforts esp when we arrived on a brownout on 40 degree heat. “All good, just troubles with check in - they let me wait until 2 pm saying that it is the time that the check in starts even though everywhere is written that it starts at 1 pm, very confusing and annoying to let you wait even though the room was already supposed to be ready!! No compensation for all the useless waiting kn the heat ”

“The management didn't know about confirm the reservation from hotels.com. But we booked 3 days before and get confirm about reservation. Then next problem our room was not free for 1 night so we must sleep in a small bad cottage. Discount was only free breakfast. Next problem was no tv channels (i choose this hotel because have tv). “Mindre bra vistelse. Avslutade boendet efter en natt. Bytte rum två gånger men det mesta i rummen var trasigt. Första rummet trasig ac. Bytte rum igen men upptäckte på kvällen att toan funkade ej och duschmunstycket trillade i bitar hela tiden.”
