Das Zimmer was wir gebucht haben war okay aber der Aircon war leider ultra laut und das Zimmer hat muffig gerochen. Für eine Nacht war okay. Plus Punkte: Der Pool, Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Shuttle zum Flughafen.

My family is grateful for an exceptional service we received during our stay at Citystate Asturias Palawan, from the front desk to the tour coordinator, all were very professional, cordial, and have excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean. The free big breakfast was a life saver for the all-day Puerto Princesa tours.

The hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. Excellent customer service from frontdesk to restaurant to room service. The hotel though is a bit old and the blanket is a thin sheet. No duvet. But room is generally clean. What I didn’t like was the AC. It was too noisy and when it reaches the desired temp, the motor shuts off and makes like a banging sound that wakes me up multiple times at night. I really couldn’t sleep well. The CR exhaust is also loud.

Hotel Asturias is a good place for a family stay though a bit dated but their staff at all levels were excellent giving us early check in,

Excellent spa. Food was above average. We booked an executive room, It was in fair condition. Gym was very good. Price defintely did not match overall quality. I would return for the spa and not the stay.

Place was clean, staff extremely helpful and courteous. WiFi was next to useless...very erratic...connected but no internet...at times, had to leave the room for internet access. The air conditioner leaked water, creating a slip & fall hazard. The lock on the door was a disaster...Had to go to the front desk virtually every time we wanted to get into the room because the key would not work.

Meh... it was good for the airport transport buffet food Is not good some of the staff are great others are just terrible. Room with a door and a roof ticks those boxes And the room was pretty quiet with all the noises going on

Check in time is 2pm but we were able to have our room at 3:12pm. Poor service and the staff at the counter has a sense of entitlement. Wifi connection is poor. Won't recommend it for travelers.
