Sebastian was helpful through out our stay. He was very professional and provided a great introduction to the facilities. The condo was extremely clean! It had everything we needed as far as paper products, toiletries, and kitchenwares. They even provided coffee. The beds were very comfortable.The A/C works great! The only issue is the condo is noisy due to the busy street below. The front bedroom is not sound-proofed enough. The traffic goes all night and can be heard through the doors. It made it hard to sleep. The outdoor area off the condo is very noisy making it less appealing to sit out there. The rooftop pool is gorgeous. It’s much larger than the pictures show. They do have food and drinks there which are quite expensive, but convenient. Guests are not allowed to bring any food or drinks to the pool. Not Even Water! You are forced to buy it there. There are numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking distance (3-4 blocks). The Malecon is about a 10-15 walk. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but wish it had been quieter for sleeping.
