“Great place to have a night before Hobbiton. Everything perfect.The owner was very nice and she explained how to get there. She put the heater on before arrival to be warm at our arrival. Matamata is a quiet town, but surorisinglu, there are many places to have dinner.”

“It's a great place to spent our time. Beautiful surroundings. All the amenities are there except for the slight inconvenience of having to walk a litte way for the bathroom and toilets.”

“In Turangi for a few days fishing with a mate great for two blokes with own bedrooms and ensuites one upstairs one down off the garage. Does sleep a couple more on a mezzanine above kitchen but not ideal unless young and fit lol. Possibly a bit dodgy for older folks or younger kids. Good clean unit with all ammenities. Comfy beds and good showers. Everything you need and nothing ya don’t. Fair condition for age and nice and warm. Good sized garage to keep vehicle and all our wet gear in at...
