Great quiet location,near bus station,the centre and all the history
Well equipped ,modern apartment with a private terrace with barbecue and tools ,table and large parasol.There is air conditioning in one room but not the bedroom which could get quite hot,fortunately the windows have shutters and mesh so they could be open over night. Good Wifi. There is a 5 minute steep walk up to the apartment but that is useful after eating the local food. It is easy to walk in to the centre .There is a free walking tour every evening at 7pm near the ampitheatre which was great for information about the area and dealing with individual queries.I was blown away by all the Roman artifacts especially the Roman mosaic floor. The bus station is 5 minutes from the apartment and there is a regular bus service to the beach (11kuna) or you can buy a bus card,the sea water is crystal clear, the apartment has foam mats to use which are needed as the beach area is more pebble than sand.The Croatian people and culture are great. Petra is a lovely helpful host
