Hotel para familias como en los 80 de España
El hotel está situado a unos pocos Km de Pula, la ciudad mas cercana. El hotel está pensado como complejo vacacional para familias, con animadores, playa privada y casi todo el mundo va a media pensión o completa. Aunque es bonito, se nota que tiene bastantes años y muchas cosas denotan desgaste. El personal es muy atento y simpático. La comida es de sabores internacionales, elaborada y aceptable de sabor, aunque podría ser mejorable en varios aspectos, o bien no nos acabamos de adecuar a su estilo de cocina. El desayuno buffet libre, al aire libre, es muy bueno, pero cabe destacar que es necesario madrugar un poco, pues a ultima hora no se reponen muchas cosas o hay menor atención al detalle comos sustituir platos cuando se acaban. La playa privada y la piscina están muy bien, disponiendo tanto de tumbonas de pago, como sillas de playa con sombra gratis para los huéspedes. Pero destaca la deleznable práctica de los diversos turistas del hotel de "reservar" sitios en la piscina aun cuando no están allí, mientras comen, de cara a la tarde, algo que en España no permiten en muchos hoteles -como estimo que debería ser. Si bien tenemos una experiencia negativa, fue el Spa, donde después de pagar la entrada (no incluido en la estancia), descubrimos que la piscina principal el agua estaba CONGELADA; al parecer para tener un contraste entre la Sauna y el agua de la piscina, según la dirección del hotel. Algo que JAMAS he visto en Spa alguno. Solo pudimos estar 20 min debido al frío

Breakfast: There should be more to choose from - different breads, different cheeses (we had only 1 type). Fruit salat should content various fresh fruits. The different juices were very nice, also the cappuccino!

Das Hotelkomplex ist direkt am Meer gelegen und besteht aus mehreren Einheiten. Der Hauptteil des Hotels verfügt über ein großes Schwimmbecken, eine Rezeption und mehrere Restaurants. Ein Bereich des Hotels besteht aus kleineren Häusern, von denen einige zwei Zimmer-Suiten bieten. Ein weiterer Bereich des Hotels verfügt über ein Restaurant und ein Bereich mit kleineren Häusern und einem Restaurant. Der Strand vor der Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig. Direkt vor der Anlage befindet sich der Hoteleigene Strand mit so genannten Sesseln, die praktisch Liegen unter einer schattigen Pergola sind, sowie so genannten Sonnenliegen mit eingebautem Sonnenkopfschutz unter Sonnenschirmen. Letztere kosten 15 Euro pro Tag bzw. 80 Euro pro Woche in der ersten Reihe und 60 Euro in der zweiten Reihe. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine immer gleiche Auswahl, aber mit Obst, Tomaten und Müsli neben Rühreiern, Speck, Käse usw. ist es ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Das Mittagessen bietet neben Pizza auch typische Pastagerichte mit Meeresfrüchten. Das Abendessen beginnt für uns zu spät, aber die anderen Gäste haben sich nicht beschwert. Ein Mietwagen macht Sinn, da es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nicht viel gibt.

Penso che non vale quello che si paga. Ho scelto questa struttura per la possibilità di utilizzare il centro benessere, che dalle foto sembra bellissimo, ma una volta dentro, una delusione totale, posto cupo e decadente, inoltre la vasca idromassaggio rotta da cinque giorni, quindi inutilizzabile. Ristorante Le Lanterne pochissima scelta e prezzi ben oltre la media. Ristorante Wild Duck in mezza pensione buono, ma porzioni un po' misere. Di positivo c'è sicuramente la piscina e l'enorme spazio solarium che può accogliere tante persone, inoltre bellissima la struttura immersa nel verde. Personale spesso non troppo cortese, salvo quello del ricevimento e qualcuno al bar.

The hotel food was not to the standard one would expect from a 4 star rating. There is no buffet choice for dinner or lunch. Breakfast buffet is limited to continental and no option for a omelette,poached or fried egg? The hotel website fails to mention details of the dinner which is set course and the quality & quantity limited. The staff do thier best to provide a good service but let down but the food served. The property has a prime private location on the beach but requres you to pay 15 euros per person to use their own deck chairs which is totally unacceptable it should come without any charge. Location is remote without acesss to shops apart from a small shop across tge hotel that is part of a camping site. Recommend hiring a car. The concierge person is very helpful and gave good recommendations of places to enjoy a good meal outside the hotel , but not a taxi can cost between 20 or 80 euros depending on distance. Being our first trip to Sardinia not sure if the food standard is something to expect on the island at typical rated hotels. if so recommend book just bed & breakfast and hire a car to experience foood in nearby Pula or drive into Cagliari were more choice ..recommend the Pith steakhouse if meat lover.

Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt und die Betten gemacht. Wir hatten Halbpension. Abends gab es ein wechselndes Menü. Mittags konnte man Pizza und Salat essen. Alles sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Due sono le cose eccezionali di questo posto. Non solo un mare sia li e nei dintorni meraviglioso ma anche un personale gentile disponibile e professionale che rende il soggiorno particolarmente "easy". Un elogio particolare per la ristorazione gestita con estrema cura dal direttore sempre presente.

Der Stuhl im Büro war VOLL Schimmel, Badewanne und Dusche auch. Zuviel Chaos beim Essen, Kellner wirkten alle genervt und gestresst. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht gingen aber Auswärts essen da wir den Krach nicht vertragten. Musik in der Bar auch viel zu Laut, nichts für Leute die Ruhe suchen.

Excellent séjour !
Nous étions sur place pour 10 jours de repos et l’hotel À répondu à toutes nos attentes. La demi pension était très qualitative ! Petit déjeuner standard. La piscine très propre et animation tous les soirs avec orchestre et où chanteurs, musiciens ... ! Chambre climatisée, balcon vue sur mer vous étions aux anges ! Séjour au TOP

I was here for 4 nights on a vacation with my wife coiming from the main land of Italy. The hotel location is great as it is about 40 min to the city of Cagiliari and about 10 - 15 minutes to one of the best beaches on the island. The big down fall is the condition of the hotel. The hotel needs a total renovation from the lobby, pool area, restaurants and to the rooms. It is very dated. If it gets a renovation and they continue with the service as is it will be a great resort.

Posizione silenziosa senz'altro, personale cordiale e disponibile, colazione soddisfacente. Struttura bella anche se in qualche area leggermente trascurata. Purtroppo a volte aleggiava cattivo odore in bagno, forse dovuto a zone palustri limitrofe. Sempre in bagno, da segnalare scomodità di doccia (in vasca) con aggancio fissato però troppo in basso: non si poteva starci in piedi e costringeva a lavarsi quasi genuflessi.

Me and my daughter enjoyed 2 weeks stay in Flamingo resort hotel. Overall everything was fine, food was very nice the only thing I didn’t like that restaurant staff was always in a rush and food was late on the table anyways. Flamingo resort hotel is very suitable for families with children as animation team was amazing. Yana, Sara, Mara, Nicola and Fabrizio were fantastically good and kind to the guests and special thanks to Yana and Mara for entertaining children with a lots of different interesting activities. We have been in several beach holidays with my daughter, but this was the best animation guys. My daughter did not want to come back Home as she really loved the animation team. Beach was nice with gold sands, but sometimes the sea was full of seaweed when it was windy. Location was nice and quiet, bus stop to Cagliari just 600 meters away. Very few people ( staff) from restaurant and reception speaks English. Manolo was a best receptionist. He would always give you correct and accurate information and he was very helpful and kind as well. Hotel condition was very good. Rooms were very clean. I would definitely go back next year to the same hotel if mini club team will be the same.

Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble ! le buffet et les repas sont très bons. Les salles de bain mériteraient d'être rénovées ! Personnel très accueillant et souriant. A la réception, il n'y a pas toujours quelqu'un qui parle français alors qu'il y a passablement de personnes qui sont de langue française.

My wife and I visited this hotel as part of our honeymoon and were thoroughly disappointed. The pool in the spa was feeezing cold, apparently a decision from the hotel management. We were on the bed and breakfast rate which wss a mistake as there is no guarantee of table in either of the two restaurants when on this rate and it almost seemed a huge chore for staff to try and get you a table. We did find an amazing restaurant just 5 minutes walk from the hotel however none of the hotel staff even told us it existed. As we were there for our honeymoon we enquired with the hotel proor to our arrival whether they had any honeymoon packages etc but the staff didnt seem to care. We enquired again on arrival but still got no info from the staff The gym is quite basic and very outdated as well as the fact you have to pay €5 per day The hotel is right on the beach which is great, other than having to pay €30 per day to hire sun loungers... Mini golf is totally unusable as its covered in water, dirt and leaves Daily hassling by hotel staff to play table football or ping pong is far frok relaxing We stayed in a suite on a building seperate from the main hotel which was advertised as having a jacuzzi bath, however its just a bath with a couple of jacuzzi jets on an open balcony with no privacy The staff are completely uninterested in helping with anything, they have a very "i dont care" attitude All in all a very poor experience!

Hotel ist ok, hat aber keine 4 Sterne verdient. In der Umgebung gibt es leider nichts. Man muss schon mit dem Bus oder Taxi nach Pula fahren.
