我去這個酒店超過20年很舒服和合理價錢唯一改變就係Spa以前好乾淨好靚，現在有點污糟和舊因為改變咗管理層一樣都係好舒服不過夠了很多管理有點污糟。

Staff was very friendly and approachable. Transport to get there was very easy with the shuttle bus provided. Cleanliness is quite good considering this resort is not that young. A great staycation.
Hotel is just opposite Batam shopping mall. So convenient to shop and having a meals. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has variety choices. Food is nice.
