It was a wonderful stay - the complex was very safe, the pool was beautiful and refreshing and the apartment was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. The communication with Punta Vacations was prompt and professional - if there was an issue, they sent a very friendly handyman within the hour to deal with it. I would stay here again for sure:)

Great Getaway

From airport pick up to transfer back to the airport everything was seamless. Even had a chance to stop on the way to pick up groceries en route to stock up for our stay. Condo is as shown. Beach and restaurants are very walkable. Gated community so very safe. Would go back again.

Good stay

Overall good. The condo complex is well kept and the condo we rented was comfortable. The condo pool was excellent and it and the grounds were well kept. The neighborhood of the condo’s location in the town was however very noisy all day and late into the evening.

Good location - expect power cuts, water shortages and water cuts

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location but there were quite a few issues whilst staying here - power outages, water cut offs and water shortages. Every so often the wifi went down as well. Considering the location and the age of the building, I would expect more sufficient running of the property but... all in all the location is really good but for the price I expected more...

Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this apartment! The location is simply superb – centrally located with easy access to all the attractions, making my exploration of the city a breeze. The apartment itself is in impeccable condition, well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I want to express my gratitude to the host and the staff for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, providing valuable insights about the neighborhood and ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. Their attentiveness truly enhanced my overall experience. One suggestion for future guests would be to disclose the absence of an elevator in the building. While it didn't personally bother me, it could be a relevant detail for individuals with mobility concerns. Nevertheless, my overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay.

Great month in Punta Cana!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location as as indicated in photos of the property with the exception of the living room furniture. I am sure this is because the couch appears to be new. It looks nice but not terribly comfortable. Having said that we would definitely recommend this property. It is in a great location, easy walk to the beach once you get your bearings. Lots of restaurants, and shops in easy walking distance, including mini markets. It was easy to get the bus for a quick ride into town to the larger grocery stores. The condo is well equipped, the only thing I would have liked was a couple more serving size bowls, but you can make do! Otherwise, well equipped. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The other people in the complex, whether renters or owners, were pleasant, friendly, and made you feel welcome. The pool was great. The caretaker does a fabulous job of looking after the grounds, and is a hard worker. Security on site at night. A very pleasurable one month stay. Highly recommend and we hope to return!

Nie wieder!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Die Wohnung an sich ist schön. Mit der Übergabe hat auch alles sehr gut funktioniert. Leider liegt die Wohnung in einem sehr belebten Viertel, so dass man in der Nacht nicht schlafen kann, da es nie ruhig ist. Bei uns wurde in der ersten Woche mit Malerarbeiten an der Fassade angefangen, so dass überall Dreck lag, auch im Pool und es dementsprechend auch Tagsüber laut wurde. Ich habe daraufhin um Ermäßigung gebeten, nichts geschah, es ist reine Abzocke! Vorsicht! Ich habe nach einer Woche die Wohnung verlassen - da ich es dort nicht mehr ausgehalten habe. Seid bitte vorsichtig bei dieser Firma!

No small pots to cook, just 2 smalls spoon,just 2 bols to keep foods,the coffee machine it's rust for the price the owner have to check everything. The garden it's beautiful. They have a lots of dogs during the nights. We love the place because the beach it's near and good trucking food..the pool is large .Amor the men work during day it's very nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice--lacking a few things, but Go Punta Cana did replace/fix very quickly when we asked. The sofa really needs to be replaced, the grill is on its last legs, and I was kind of icked-out by the small area rugs that didn't seem especially clean. Seems cheap to me that they only give you a med. size bottle of water in the fridge instead of having the large 5 gal one on the cooler full (considering it's only $1 to refill and guests don't need that hassle immediately upon arrival). The rooftop terrace was great. The pool was really nice and usually empty. I was not impressed by the local/closest beach--rocky and too much sea weed. It was definitely not the picture-perfect Caribbean beach I expected in Punta Cana. For a gorgeous beach, drive 25 min north (if you have that option) to Macao Beach--public, therefore easy to access, and postcard-perfect. They are constructing more condos right across the street--be prepared for hammering noise and the neighbor dogs barking outside bedroom windows. Lunch at Citrus (by the Bam market) was delicious, but a bit pricey. The Cuban restaurant in the same plaza was a bit cheaper and good too. Overall, the condo experience was good but no "wow" factor.

Corte Sea Winter 2017

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful spacious condo in the Punta Cana area. The unit is tastefully decorated with very comfortable sofas, dining room chairs and beds. The kitchen is well equipped with a good supply of cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. The appliances are all in good working order and very clean. There are windows on 3 sides of the unit so there is always a nice breeze circulating through the unit and the only time the AC was used was in the bedroom at night. The power bill came to around $200 USD for 7 weeks. The washrooms are very clean with a good supply of towels. The rooftop terrace is great to relax on and get some sun and has a dining table, BBQ and 2 loungers. The complex is nicely laid out with a lovely pool and a gym. The onsite caretaker named Amo was very nice and will deliver bottled water to the unit at a nominal cost.There are a couple of issues I would recommend the owner address before I would give the property 5 stars:First, the internet in the unit is supplied by a company called Silver Cable. It is very unreliable, some days you would need to reboot the modem 3 times and other days 15 times. If you are trying to do work as I was it is very disruptive. The condo complex has its own internet network supplied by a company called Claro which is the main telecom company in the DR. It is far more reliable but because it is a shared network and the router antennae are located quite a distance away the signal is not a good. I would strongly suggest that the in suite internet be replaced with Claro service. The second item is the kitchen sink. It has many rust spots on it and needs to be replaced with a higher quality stainless steel. Other than that I enjoyed the time spent at Corte Sea and would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for an alternative to the AI resorts in Punta Cana. Finally, the staff at GoPuntaCana were fantastic as usual. Any concerns were dealt with promptly by Anny, Carla and Leiny. Well done ladi

Very Nice Condo in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the condo. It was very nicely laid out with comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well equipped with all the tools that we needed for making our meals. BBQ worked well although the propane valve on/off switch was a bit wonky. The condo was very clean but it would have been nice if some cleaning supplies beside dish soap had been left. The complex is only 28 units so it was never noisy even when there were kids around the pool. Nice air flow through the condo on most days so we only ran the air conditioning in the bedroom at night. Our hydro bill for 2 weeks was $60US which we thought was reasonable. Great location as it’s close to the beach, restaurants and a bit of shopping. Really there were only 2 things that we didn’t like about condo and those were the stairs to the rooftop patio and the signs telling us not to flush toilet paper. The stairs are sort of circular but not really. In our opinion, they would never meet building code in North America and were a bit of a safety issue. Not being able to flush toilet paper is just gross. And it was particularly annoying because none of the other renters we spoke to in the complex had been told that -- so why just this one unit? Go Punta Cana were great to deal with and I would definitely book with them again if returning to Punta Cana. Very professional and prompt in getting back to us during booking and during our stay.

Condo was extremely clean, well stocked with all kitchen needs, many towels, new appliances, and extras. Very comfortable beds. We will certainly make this our home in all of our future trips to Punta Cana. The full time residents were very friendly as well.

Great roomy and clean condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this complex, but our first in this unit. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. Great view of the pool. Nice roof deck, but we barely went up there given how nice the unit was. Plenty of room, quiet complex not too far from the beach. The gym is a little out of repair, so if you are into that you might seek a place off premises. Also this unit is near the trash area and are times we heard people in the morning riffling through the trash bins from the master bedroom, but was not a big deal. There were plenty of towels, a second set of sheets so we felt our needs for the week were well covered. The kitchen was decently equipped which allowed for some cooking while in the unit. We used care with the AC and electric and ended up only using $32 for the week. The real estate company was very efficient and timely. We for sure would stay again.

Paradise and warm welcome

Reviewer Comments: The apartment that we rented was extremely comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen and a private roof top terrace with the barbecue attached to the mains gas supply. The bed was lovely and had a memory foam mattress. There were two good sized bedrooms, one with super king sized bed and the other with two doubles. Our apartment overlooked the pool. It's location on the third floor was good for us but could be a problem for people with mobility issues. There is no lift. To get hot water you need to remember to switch it on! And electricity is an extra charge. Rooms have both air condition and fans. The location of the condominium is just a five minute stroll to the lovely beach. And there are an interesting range of shops and restaurant again between five and fifteen minutes walk away. Do try Delice Francais, a delightful patisserie. The restaurants Citrus and Onnno's are also worth a visit. The management company, Punta Cana real estate were excellent. Very efficient and informative. Top marks. To summarise, a great place for a holiday and to experience the welcome from the friendly Dominical people.
