Bon service de Go Punta Cana Vacations qui gère pour l’hôte. Le four ne fonctionnait pas, et le technicien est venu. Il semble que la pièce viendrait de l’extérieur du pays… heureusement qu’il y avait un BBQ qui fonctionnait! Selon un livre pour les invités, ce même four ne fonctionnait en 2024…. Anniversary Trip

First time we have been to DR and this was a perfect place to stay. It had everything we required and the description was exactly as stated. Grocery and restaurant was all within walking distance. The couple issues we had were resolved immediately that same day with in an hour. Definitely would recommend for a quiet family friendly getaway.

Great place very close to the park and Gatlinburg. The road up is steep but a short drive. You would likely not want to walk to town though. But we were happy to get away from the noise and bustle of Gatlinburg. Great place to stay with extended family or friends. We each had a bedroom and bathroom which made it easy. Everything you need is there. Ping pong table and arcade game is great for kids/teens and adults. Comfortable beds and temperature. Great patio with fire pit. Hosts very responsive through text. We did see bears which was very cool for us and I would say it is guaranteed during the season we were there. We had an adolescent bear come right up to our door and an adult walk by close and saw a mom and cubs further down the path on a drive out. But we didn’t feel worried at any point. We even used the bbq one night.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent 3 weeks in this condo and had a fantastic vacation. Playa Turquesa has beautiful pools a great beach and the grounds are so clean and well kept. The people are very friendly which gave it a homey feel. The condo itself was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The king sized bed and other furnishings was very comfortable. AC worked very well with one in the main area and another in the bedroom. The beach towels do need replacing but they did the job. B103 is a ground floor unit which we liked. We would walk out the patio door and go for a swim in the pool or the ocean. The location of this condo is not beach front which was good because we got a nice breeze without feeling wind blown. We felt very safe in this complex. Security was great. Just outside the gate are a bunch of restaurants with live music every night. The grocery store is a block away with a bigger grocery store a short cab ride away. We will be back.

Great place to stay in Punta Cana

We had a very pleasant one-week stay in Playa Turquesa B103 in the El Cortecito part of Bavaro/Punta Cana. The apartment is located on the first (ground) floor of a 4-story building which is part of a gated community. The place is very secure and the grounds are well maintained. There are two nice pools inside the perimeter which is a good alternative to going to the beach. However, the best part was the private beach, only 100-yard walk from the apartment. The staff makes sure no one else other than the residents and tenants can stay on the beachfront. We visited in the first half of May in the low season and everything was perfect: the weather was beautiful, quite hot consistently, the water was warm and no seaweed. There was barely any people staying in the apartments around us so we had plenty of space to ourselves on the beach and at the pool. We also enjoyed the patio of the apartment which was in the shade all afternoon and provided a relief during the high heat of the day. There is a small grocery store just outside the gate and several good restaurants/eateries in walking distance. Otherwise, the apartment was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities as advertised. It is not too big but more than enough for two people. The kitchen was well equipped and great to have coffee and a quick breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this place. We would not stay anywhere else if we visited Punta Cana in the future.

The pools were nice here and even though you are not supposed to save chairs there are people still trying to. This complex is also on the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs available. There is also a toilet right at the beach for the complex people only. Very clean bathrooms. The complex is in a great location as restaurants were very close and the city bus was close and easy to catch to go go to the big grocery store. If you prefer you can buy right near the condo and the prices are not too bad. Great place to stay and nice and clean!!

Relaxation at its best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo for 2 people. One slept on bed and the other couch. Both quite comfortable. No ocean view, but close enough for a short walk to beach. There was some noise from neighboring areas, but after 10:00pm nice and quiet.
