Close to everything we needed. The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need to make you feel like home. Kyle is wonderful with keeping in touch and assisting with anything that you need. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Florida. You cannot go wrong...

The pool was fantastic and we loved being right on the canal, which we took full advantage of it for kayaking and paddle boarding. The only negatives were that the board games were more or less for show (very few had pieces parts remaining to be playable), and the kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes were usable, but not in the best condition.
