There is so much to do or just relax on the lanai and watch the golfers tee off. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay with easy access to our second floor condo by elevator or stairs. Heritage Landing Golf & Country Club course has been remastered in 2019 by Architect Gordon Lewis to a new, beautiful 18 hole, 71 par course. Free aqua driving range is included with your round. On site tiki bar and restaurant, brand new tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, spa, multiple pools and jacuzzi just opened Fall 2022 that provides a resort-like setting.

There is $99 per stay fee that is applied towards damage protection insurance to protect you up to $5,000, so no "refundable" deposit is needed upon booking. Must book in monthly increments from November thru March and 30 day increments otherwise (per our HOA). If we have an open month, we can rent for a minimum of 7 days in that month, but will block out the remainder of the month. So, if you would like to stay for at least 7 days in the months of May thru October, please inquire!
