Some minor areas of improvement could be to wash the towels that are placed on the floor (indicating a desire to change for a new one) and perhaps increasing the strength of the aircon. “Picture on hotel is not even the right place you gonna stay, no restaurants or bar on the place. 2 night on 4 we didn't have water in the room couldn't take a shower. Pool dirty and no area to chill or site around the pool. Owner didn't care about all that when ive spoke to him.”

“The service is just horrible. They dont really speak English or understand very well. When we arrived there was noone at the hotel for 10 minutes and we just waited. They had forgotten we were coming, so they started argueing with each others, but none of them spoke to us or provided service for check in. They forgot roomservice one or more days. Only good service was the scooter they rented to us. The room and the pool was fine, the experience was just ruined by the service. We expected more...

“What a lovely stay! The grounds & room of this place was so well looked after, very clean and very tidy! Staff lovely and helpful. Hotel is in the village and sort of in the middle of no where, taxis are expensive compared to the rest of Bali so bare this in mind - you’ll need to get taxi everywhere or scooter!”
