The house was amazing for our very large family over Thanksgiving. Clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and plenty of room for both adults and kids to have their own areas. The host was very proactive getting us the arrival and departure information. We have rented over a dozen homes over the years for our family Thanksgiving get together and this one was by far the best.

Host Paul Davis was very responsive and helpful. House had a lot of amenities - enough refrigerators/freezers/washers/dryers. The only suggestion i have would be for the arrival and exit instructions to be posted in the kitchen. like to strip the beds, clean out the garbage pails from the rooms, bring beddings & towels to laundry room, etc.

Large Home

Check-in was seamless. Some workers were there for repairs inside the house. There were enough bedrooms for our large family. Paul communicated the problem of why they were there so we knew what to expect. The week we were there, the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the famous guitar shaped pool. Paul did purchase a pool robot to clean the pool which worked very well. I had to call Paul about a giant wasp nest by the side of the house and Paul got an exterminator out in two days which is great. Paul is a great host.

week long stay

We enjoyed our trip! The pool was phenomenal, and had all the floaties and fixings you could ever need. Definitely pack bug spray if you plan on staying outside for any period of time! We needed to contact Paul (the host) several times about internet access and some outlet problems, but he responded quickly and was able to be at the property within 15 minutes each time. Our advice would be to bring some of your own cling-wrap and materials to save your leftovers in. In addition, be aware that the steps to the upstairs floor are slippery so don't plan to put your elder relatives on the top floor.

Golf Trip

Paul was super helpful in the check-in and scheduling process. There were plenty of towels and supplies in the kitchen. A particularly nice touch was the coffee bar.

Celebration Get Together

In preparation for my daughter’s wedding her request was to host family and friends near the wedding venue. I had 20 family and friends stay at Paul’s beautiful home. He gave us permission to host the rehearsal dinner with approximately 30 people. Everyone was delighted and there was so much room and spaces for everyone to mingle and enjoy themselves. Paul is amazing to work with the perfect host. All of our guest want to have an annual reunion as they were relaxed and truly loved the comfort and many diverse activities the home had to offer. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed being off season so we will probably stay there when the pool is open in the future.

Great place to spend time with family.

We gathered from across country to meet together to celebrate my husband’s memorial service. It was wonderful to find a relaxing place to spend time with family. The host was very accommodating could not be happier with my trip. Much nicier than putting people up in various hotels. Beautiful property. Thank you. Please consider for large family events.

Family vacay 2024

We have a large family and this property accommodated us all very nicely. Plenty of room so all could still have some private moments. The pool was refreshing and a welcome relief from the heat. The kitchen proved to be able to handle many cooks at the same time and the ability to eat outdoors meant that all could have dinner at the same time. The area offered a large area to hit golf balls and watch the myriad of wildlife all at the same time. We watched numerous deer a flock of turkeys including 13 poults, and the prize was a bald eagle over the property. Within an hour of the property are numerous national and state park areas as well as opportunities for golfing and white water rafting. Highly recommended for any large group who enjoys the outdoors.

Amazing Place!

Great Experience!

Property was just as described! Plenty of room for 24+ people. Host was very responsive, gracious and accomodating. Beautiful area with some wonderful wineries. Easy drive to Dulles Airport. Would definitely consider returning!

Wonderful stay

Liberty Villa is perhaps the best equipped rentals I have stayed at. Little touches count and the owner takes care of the details. While in a beautifully quiet location nothing you could need is more than 20 minutes away. Communication both before and during was quick and decisive. Overall a thoroughly satisfying experience from start to finish.

Beautiful location

My family and I just spent a very long weekend at this property. We found there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed—everything we wanted was there. There were enough sofas for each of us to have two to ourselves! The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed watching the deer frolic about. We did note there were some items that could use some TLC to make the property really shine, but we didn’t let it affect our stay. Finally, Paul was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Great Family Stay

This house was just what we needed for a multi-generational family vacation week. The pool was the highlight, and the toddlers loved the playground. Grandkids and kids-at-heart enjoyed the arcade games and shuffle board. The layout allowed for quiet spaces for naps for the little ones. The kitchen really functioned well as a gathering place--we could chit-chat across one island while staying out of the way of the ones cooking at the other island. The host was accommodating every step of the way.

A Vacation You Will Not Forget

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 25 people and did not feel crowded at all. The exterior is just as nice as the interior with the pool, hot tub and firepit you cannot go wrong. Paul was extremely accommodating and a great host.
