Here you go on vacation - family-friendly apartment on Cape Arkona

Welcome to Cape Arkona, the northernmost point of Rügen. Take some time out and enjoy the wonderful landscape.

Our apartment is located in the northernmost municipality of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Putgarten. It was built in 2003 and is unmistakable for its blue and white wooden cladding. The apartment is part of a holiday complex. This consists of 26 apartments and a reception.

1.5 km from the apartment is the north beach - a natural dream beach with a south sea feeling. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Rügen.
Explore the coast along the hiking trails and enjoy the fresh sea air. On the way to the coast at "Kap Arkona" you will find the Schinkel Tower, as well as the new lighthouse and the Peil tower from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

Thanks to the car freedom in the small town of Putgarten, you can enjoy nature undisturbed. Only you as a holiday guest or Residents have the right to drive around the place by car.

On the Rügenhof, next to the holiday complex, you will find a candle workshop, a creative fashion studio, a basket weaving workshop and an amber shop with a stone grinder. Here you can get creative yourself or take a break in the Rügenhofcafé.
If you don't want to cook yourself, you will find the small cozy restaurant "Utspann" about 200 meters from the holiday residence, but other typical restaurants invite you to eat.

Our little guests are not neglected either. About 20 minutes away, in Glowe, is the Dinosaur Land - Rügen's largest nature and leisure park.

Our apartment, with a living space of approx. 47 square meters, is one of the larger apartments in the holiday complex and thus has enough space to relax. A bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed offer space for max. 4 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and shower room you can feel at home. You also have a private parking space right in front of the door.

Information: The apartment was taken over by us in February 2020. We are currently in the process of modernizing the furniture (sofa bed, dining area, cupboards). The pictures correspond to the current status.
