Nice enough hotel albeit a bit tired. Sun bed not so comfortable and because of the all inclusive element it felt a bit Butlins like at times. Staff seemed keen for the season to finish.

I would rate this hotel as the facilities, staff etc are all very good. However there is very little in the immediate vicinity. Therefore I spent most of my stay at the hotel. Would have been nice to have more within walking distance to see. If you want to unwind on the beach or by the pool it’s perfect (on my visit a bit unlucky that the weather wasn’t ideal for this)

We stayed at the hotel twice, for one night, at the start and end of a trip. The scores would have been better if this were based on the second visit. On the first visit the staff were surly and generally unhelpful, this was not the case on the second visit, so the balanced score was 3 (average). Cyprus hotels need to stop closing restaurants at this end of the season. People visit hotels to use the facilities not be told they are closed as was the case for us. Saying that the restaurants immediately walkable are fine for all different price points, and all cheaper than the hotels. The grass around the pool area needs better maintenance and the beds are tired an uncomfortable. Renovated rooms are nice. We had a junior suite which had a lovely big balcony and hot tub as well as sun beds (again not very comfortable). Room had all one needed and was clean. No bath but a large shower. The mini bar is emptied on purpose although you can get it filled up. A weird one was when I asked reception about some ice I was told in the same surly tone I would be charged 2 euros for it! Room Service did NOT make any charged. This might be linked to the all inclusive package?

Not close to a 5 star
We booked a double sea view room due to the fact we was only staying one night this time. We said if we liked it we would book when we came back in March. Very disappointed, the room as clean as it should have been and the bath had a crack with all brown colouring on it! The over the bath show was stained, the room and balcony was so small. But on checkin early hours the man on reception was lovely and very helpful. On check out it was ok! Just to add we tried to order coffee to the room and some food but no one answered the phone either my partner had to go downstairs to reception.

Très bel hôtel
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille au Golden Bay. Très bonnes infrastructures qui permettent d’apprécier la plage, la piscine, toboggan, salles de jeux. Buffet petit-déjeuner avec un large choix. Bons restaurants. Seul petit bémol durant notre séjour : l’insonorisation des chambres.

Bel hôtel et magnifique piscine. Les employés sont aux petits soins et le lieu calme et paisible. Par contre, fait un peu étrange: chaque client réserve ses chaises et parasols et ceux-ci sont réservés l'entier du séjour, même si vous décidez d'aller sur les chaises en question qu'une seule fois dans la semaine. Une chaise, ou un parasol, peut donc être réservés sans qu'on les utilise. Cocktails un peu cher. Chambres propres et silencieuse.

Otroligt trevlig personal i receptionen, fick tips om olika resturanger och sevärdheter. Sängarna var underbara och frukosten var fantastisk med allt man kan tänka sig att vilja ha, från varma till kalla rätter. Det blev dock många taxiresor för oss, då vi ville ha coola beachresturanger med skön musik på kvällarna, dessa låg ca 30 min med taxi från hotellet, så det gick mycket pengar till det för oss. Nöjer man sig med mer lokala fiskresturanger så finns det på gångavstånd. Rekommenderar boendet

Albergo direttamente sulla spiaggia anche se non grande, ma normale x Cipro. Belle piscine e ottime sale relax e colazione molto completa e di qualità. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma ckn bei balconi con vista sul mare. Ottima posizione per chi ama il mare, un po lontano dalla città e quindi è necessaria un auto. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti e lo consigliamo senz'altro.

Great Hotel in general in terms of facilities and cleanliness! Shame the staff/management are not that friendly. Only had one of the manager come and say hi on one day. Rest of the time was moody not approaching at all. No one smiled despite me smiling all the time. Not very veggie friendly. Lived on salad rice and potato and bread. No vegan protein/plant based at all. All carbs. Food in the buffet was cold every time we went for lunch and dinner. There was no consideration for veggie/vegan guest as other guest were picking food with their hands and tongue provided were used in meat dishes and then put into veggie/vegan dishes. Dishes were not labelled correctly. I had to ask every time what was veggie and what was meat. Staff were not approachable at all they seemed so miserable and not friendly at all. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this hotel is defo not 5 star. I won’t be staying there again. Cleaning staff were great. One gentleman working in the restaurant serving was absolutely delightful and he couldn’t do much more for us. The hotel need more staff like that. Very disappointed. The veggie friendly description on the hotels page needs to be removed as defo not veggie friendly.

Hôtel très bruyant et mal placé. La plage a cet endroit n’est pas belle.cet hôtel a besoin de rénovation,tout est dépassé. De plus je n’ai pas pu dormir car la climatisation de tout l’hôtel est coupée.il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et la réceptionniste me répond de dormir la fenêtre ouverte pour un hôtel de cette classe a des prix avoisinant 200 Euros,c’est inadmissible les clients doivent dans leurs chambre pouvoir choisir la température. Enfin déçu de cet hôtel,je ne retournerai pas.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Hotel ist definitiv kein fünf Sterne Hotel, die Ausstattung ist ziemlich verbraucht und alt. Das gym ist muffig und leider nicht so ausgestattet, wie im Internet präsentiert. Es macht kein Spaß dort Sport zu betreiben. Die Küche ist zwar bemüht Variationen anzubieten, allerdings ist die Qualität von Gerichten mittelmäßig. (Resteverwertung) Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, benötigt aber definitiv Service-Schulungen.

Da Hotel war in der Zeit vom 29.12. bis 04.01. sehr gut belegt, aber für diese Zahl an Gästen dann deutlich zu wenig Personal vor allem im Sevice des Restaurants vorhanden. Der Spa-Bereich ist renovierungsbedürftig und die Sauna für die größe des Hotels viel zu klein!
