“Could be 5 stars but brought it down to 4 because unfortunately the WiFi is NONEXISTENT. They advertise “Free WiFi” every where but it was difficult to join and didn’t even work. We ended up using our cell service our entire stay and unfortunately it’s no different at the Kunming location either. Otherwise, the hotel was great! The location felt safe, clean, and very close to a subway entrance. There’s lots of food vendors and markets just barely a 10 minute walk away so there’s plenty to do...

“Hotel was so so and the location was good, metro station and mall nearby. Staff don't speak English, so communication was very difficult. They sell the idea that Wifi is free but it is not, they charge you daily for the service. I paid for room and breakfast, but when I got to the hotel they said that breakfast was not included.
