The location of your property is wonderful, the porch especially! We found that we loved everything about this house, the fact we could walk everywhere and sit on the porch and still feel that it was private. Our visit back to our home town was so relaxing and enjoyable that we would stay here again, for sure. Love it.

This place was such a cute loft with great historicL vibes! Everything about it was excellent! Great renter (this was my second visit)! It’s located in the heart of historical LeClaire and it’s directly above Cody Rd Coffee. We went downstairs every morning, got coffee, and enjoyed it on the porch of the loft, overlooking downtown. I highly recommend this rental! You won’t be disappointed

Unit was very clean, cute and comfortable. Great location close to everything. Wish there was a dishwasher and a bathroom upstairs but for a small group and short stay it's perfect.

Wonderful location!! We could go everywhere without a vehicle. Very clean, also. We absolutely loved the porch and parking in the back. I do wish the temperature had been a little cooler inside, but in all fairness, there was a heat wave. Would love to come back again!!

The Riverfront is a beautifully updated home in the heart of downtown LeClaire IA. It is spacious, charming, comfortable with all the things you need, clean, clean, clean! It was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! Sheila is a gracious and attentive hostess. I emailed her with some questions and she responded quickly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We wanted to move in. Thanks for an enchanting but too short stay.
