Cozy 85 sqm apartment located on two levels (step to access), able to accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is located in the splendid location of Marina delle Nereidi (Terra Mala), 30 meters from the sea and a few steps from the beach of Marina delle Nereidi. All the main services are just 10 minutes away by car.

The 85 sqm apartment is located on two levels, please pay more attention to the internal stairs if you are traveling with children.

- SERVICE BATHROOM with sink and WC;

GROUND FLOOR:

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, bedside tables, TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom;

- FULL BATHROOM 2 (internal): with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, TV, chest of drawers;

- FULL BATHROOM 1 with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- EXTERNAL GARDEN with deck chairs and outdoor shower;

- EXTERNAL COURTYARD (shared) with private barbecue area, dining table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent entrance, split air conditioning and heating (one for each floor), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

ATTENTION:

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The apartment is located in the splendid setting of Terramala, along the coast road to Villasimius, in one of the most suggestive coastal areas of the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena. The location, in Via Giove - Marina delle Nereidi, guarantees tranquility, privacy and a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, ideal for those who want a stay dedicated to relaxation and nature.

Terramala is a location surrounded by greenery, a few minutes drive from the most famous beaches of the Quartu coast. Among these, Cala Regina, Mari Pintau, and Kal'e Moru stand out, characterized by light sand and transparent seabeds.

The use of the car is recommended to comfortably explore the coast and the surroundings, the area is also well connected with the panoramic road SP17, which easily leads both to Quartu center and to the famous seaside destinations of south-eastern Sardinia.

Main distances:

- Poetto beach: 18 minutes by car;

- Cagliari: 35 minutes;

- Villasimius: 35 minutes.

-From Cagliari Elmas "Mario Mameli" airport: you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Elmas Airport Terminal to the "Cagliari" stop, then continue with bus 135 to the "Terra Mala" stop, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 40 minutes);

-From Cagliari Centrale station, you can continue with bus 135 to the "Terra Mala" stop, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Alternatively, we recommend renting a car to discover the wonderful city of Quartu Sant'Elena and its surroundings;

-For those traveling by car: you can park for free in the vicinity of the apartment (NOT guaranteed).
