Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison, confortable et bien équipée. L'environnement et la piscine sont très agréables et l’endroit est une bonne base pour découvrir l'Emilie-Romagne et les villes environnantes (Mantoue, Sabionneta, Parme, Modène...). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Stefano et Margherita, des hôtes charmants, à la fois discrets et attentionnés.

Geweldige accommodatie

We waren heel blij met deze accommodatie. Het huis bevat echt alles wat je nodig hebt, is ruim, keuken erg goed uitgerust, heerlijk bed. Het huis is heel rustig gelegen, je komt echt tot rust. Ook een fijn zwembad erbij om af te koelen. De tuin is super groot. Je kunt behalve voor je huis ook achterin de grote tuin zitten. Heel fijn! De eigenaren zijn geweldig aardig! Kwamen ons meteen begroeten toen we aankwamen en we hebben ook heel gezellig gekletst toen we weg gingen. In de omgeving is ook heel veel te zien: Reggio Emilia, Parma, Modena, kastelen. Je kunt ook heerlijk wandelen. Kortom we hebben hier een geweldige week gehad

Erholung pur

Wir haben zusammen mit unserem Hund einen Monat auf diesem wunderschönen Grundstück verbracht. Nach wenigen Tagen war der Alltag in weite Ferne gerückt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen herzlich und gleichzeitig diskret. Ausflugsziele gibt es reichlich - Natur, Kultur, Kulinarik, was das Herz begehrt.

Love this Property

We loved our stay at Quattro Castella! The property was exactly as described and so much more. It was peaceful and relaxing and perfect after a day of exploring the area. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for preparing our meals. We loved the living room area and spent our evenings talking about our day and planning the next. We used the info provided by our host to plan our trips and meals. Such a perfect stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Stefano and Margherita were the kindest hosts. Check in was very easy and they showed us around the property. The house itself was very beautiful, and in the heat of August it stayed very cool. We were given wonderful recommendations to get our groceries and wines. The region itself was very beautiful. We would recommend all big cities around to visit. We spent our time mostly visiting vineyards, which were plenty of in the region. So, after our busy mornings with visiting vineyards, cities or having a hike, we could come back and relax and take a dive in their pool to refresh. We sincerely loved the place, and would definitely come back next time we travel to the region.

Lovely getaway

A lovely charming cottage on a beautiful estate! Everything you need and more is there. The swimming pool is lovely bonus on a hot day! Good location for excursions, Parma and Modena are easily accessible. The hosts are very kind and helpful. They have great tips for trips in the area as well as top addresses to eat out. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Well equiped rental, lovely pool!

We were very impressed with the quality of the provision in this rental. Everything had been thouht through and excecuted extremely well, from the insect netting (which actually worked!) to the fans and of course the huge pool! We had our privacy, but Stefano was always available if we had needed any help. We would love to stay here ahain.

Alte Scheune in toller Lage

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit netten, zuvorkommenden Gastgebern, einen großen Pool und einer wunderbaren ländlichen Umgebung. Wer gerne das italienische Dorfleben genießen möchte, beim Dorfbacker sein Brot kauft, in der Bar seinen Espresso trinkt und in kleinen Shops einkaufen geht, wird sich hier fernab vom Tourismus sehr wohl fühlen.

Super séjour à la barchessa !

Des vacances en Emilie Romagne tres appréciées Notre appartement indépendant était extrêmement propre , un lit très confortable, une cuisine où il ne manquait absolument rien pour cuisiner une terrasse très agréable avec Barbecue, transats .. Nous avons aussi adoré la piscine dans le parc quand nous rentrions de nos balades . Stefano et Margherita sont vraiment des hôtes exceptionnels , nous avons passé quelques soirées avec eux dans la bonne humeur . Les renseignements qu’ils nous ont fournis sur les commerces , les restaurants , les bons produits à acheter , les visites … n’étaient pas forcement dans nos guides touristiques et pourtant nous n’avons jamais été déçus ! Merci Stefano et Margherita pour votre accueil chaleureux mais jamais intrusif !

Amazing property with great hosts!

We travelled as friends, and had the must amazing time at this place so homey, clean and beautiful! The garden and outdoor area was spectacular, and the pool was so big and nice! We couldn’t have asked for more.. we ended up spending all of our time there, cause it was so cozy. And I don’t have words for what amazing people the hosts were! So helpful, genuine and nice! Helped us trough so much! We are so greatful! Would 10/10 recommend!

Un excellent séjour au calme

Quelle joie de passer une semaine dans cette maison au coeur des vignes,proche de Parme et Modène ! La maison garde sa fraicheur en cas de chaleur intense, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires discrets et adorables. Erholsamer Ort muss mit Auto erforscht werden da weitläufig bis zur Ortschaft ca 6 km . Leider in Italien wurde alles nur auf Englisch ausgerichtet, Beschrieb der Gegend und der Institutionen alles in Englisch statt italienisch oder für deutsch sprehende deutsch.

La Barchessa

Wonderfull house with a superbly equipped kitchen. We felt immediately at home. Landlord Stefano and Margherita are wonderfull hosts who helped and adviced us with additional information. Our gatherings remain for ever in our memory. Eventhough not everyone speaks English, the people here are very friendly and are pleased to help you. We discovered great cities to visit: Parma (2 times we went), Piacenza, Modena & Reggio Emilia. Worth a visit: the production of the one and only, real 'aceto de balsamico di Reggio Emilia'. Magnificent holiday.

Fantastisch

Wir waren zusammen mit unserem Hund 1 Woche in Quattro Castella. Die Unterkunft liegt super ruhig, ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser Hund Gatsby (Labrador) hat es genossen und war jederzeit willkommen. Die Gastgeber Margherita und Stefano sind wundervolle Menschen, wir hatten viel Spaß und schöne Abende. Abgesehen vom guten Lambrusco werden wir die beiden wohl am meisten vermissen. Wir wollen definitiv wieder kommen! Die kleine Emma wird unserem Hund auch sehr fehlen, auch er hofft auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen :)

Perfekte Gastfreundschaft in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen und haben alles so vorgefunden, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Schon mit der Buchung erhielten wir eine Fülle von Informationen über Aktivitäten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Eine gute Einstimmung auf die kommende Ferienzeit. Die ruhige Lage, der große Garten mit stets sauberem Pool, Liegemöglichkeiten und idyllischer Sitzgelegenheit garantieren beste Erholung. Zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung lassen Kunst und Kultur nicht zu kurz kommen. Margherita und Stefano sind überaus herzliche Gastgeber und stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt. Wir bedanken uns von Herzen für die Gastfreundschaft!

Tutto in abbondanza

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei den sympathischen Vermietern und ihrer 'Barchessa', in der wir wohnen durften. Selten haben sind wir auf ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienobjekt gestoßen, wie in dieser 'Einliegerwohnung' in einem großen Anwesen zwischen Weinstöcken und Natur. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet mit allem, was einen Ferienaufenthalt erleichtert. Der 'originelle' Pool im Garten eignet sich gut zum Abkühlen in heißen Tagen, die Stille zum Erholen, die Natur zum Auftanken. Vielen Dank für die netten Gespräche und Begegnungen!

A quiet retreat in the middle of a Lambrusco vineyard

Easy to follow travel instructions helped us to find this tucked away barn in a vineyard with everything that you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean and well organised. The owners had provided a very helpful dossier of local excursions, restaurants and amenities. Stefano and Margherita were delightful hosts respectful of the privacly of the guests but with good English and very helpful when needed. Parma ,Reggio Emilia and Bologna (by train) were within easy reach and were full of art, arhchitecure and atmosphere. The difference for us was this was set up as a home and not just a holiday let. It was treat.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre très joli et au calme propice au repos et à la lecture. Très grand jardin très bien entretenu avec une grande piscine où l'on peut nager. La location est très propre , il ne manque rien et les nuits sont sereines car il y a un ventilateur au plafond, idéal par temps chaud. Nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir la région Emilia-Romagna.
